Receive your work phone's notifications here on your iPhone. Even with two phones, you usually carry one. So you keep wondering whether something came in on the other one. When the alerts arrive here, you can look first and then decide whether the work phone is worth going to get. β Before you start Β· You need both phones. This app is the receiving side (iPhone). Β· Install the companion Naru app on your work phone, and pair once by QR. Β· It's one-way. There is no way to send this iPhone's notifications back the other way β iOS has no API for reading another app's notifications at all. β How much you receive is decided on the sending side Don't send / App name only / Include sender / Include message. One of four levels, per app. That setting lives in the sending app. Whatever isn't selected never leaves the work phone in the first place. It isn't withheld from this iPhone β it never goes anywhere at all. β It arrives locked Β· The two phones exchange keys directly by QR. No server involved Β· Every notification uses a new key. Past notifications can't be reopened Β· The relay only carries the sealed parcel. It cannot open it Β· The keys stay on this iPhone and never leave, not even in a backup β No sign-up No email, no password, no phone number. There is no account, so nothing piles up in one. β Readable on the lock screen Notifications mostly arrive while the phone is locked, so they are opened and shown there. The one exception is right after a restart, before the first unlock β until then it shows "Can't open this yet". One unlock fixes it. β This app is free

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Naru at none against Quick Timeout's shown. Quick Timeout's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.2 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
