Match the tiles. Paint the picture. Tintjong is a calm mahjong solitaire with a twist: behind every board waits a faded storybook painting, and every pair of tiles you take brings back part of its colours. Clear the board and the whole painting floods with colour — and stays in your gallery. HOW IT PLAYS • Tap two free tiles of a kind to take them. A tile is free when nothing lies on it and one of its sides is open. • Every pair is a splash of paint on the picture behind the board. • Stuck? Undo, use a hint, or shuffle. The first shuffle of a stuck board is always free. TWO WAYS TO PLAY • Classic: tiles face up, the way mahjong solitaire is played. Boards grow from 20 tiles to 144-tile pagodas and citadels in four layers. • Hidden tiles: tiles face down, flipped two at a time. Choose at the start, switch any time in Settings. THREE TILE SETS Glossy fruits and garden friends to begin with; enamel pins with cranes, koi and lanterns, and cut gemstones to unlock with the coins you earn by playing. Try any set on the board before you choose. A GALLERY TO FILL Provence, Venice, a mountain lake, a Japanese park in cherry blossom, a winter market and fifteen more storybook paintings, each waiting for its colours. MADE FOR CALM • No timers, no energy, no lives. • Plays offline, one hand, on iPhone and iPad (the board fills the whole iPad screen). • Big, glossy tiles that are easy to read. • 14 languages. Optional coin packs pay for hints, shuffles and tile sets; a one-time Remove Ads purchase stops the ads between levels. Every level can be completed without buying anything.
