My Life Within

Some months the question is when it will arrive. Some years it is why it no longer does. And when the doctor asks how long this has been going on, the honest answer is usually "a while ā it's hard to say." My Life Within is where you write it down. WHAT IT DOES ⢠Log a day in under ten seconds: bleeding and flow, cramps, sleep, mood, headaches, and the words that matter after forty ā hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, joint pain. ⢠Turn on pregnancy mode and receive weekly messages about your baby, your body and small preparations ā worked out from two dates, on this phone. ⢠Add measurements if you want them: weight, waking temperature, discharge. Skip them entirely if you don't. ⢠See your own patterns across months, not one day at a time. ⢠Mark where it hurts on a body map instead of hunting for the word. ⢠Produce one printable page for your appointment: how often, how long, how strong, and how it lines up with your cycle. PREDICTIONS THAT ADMIT WHAT THEY ARE Every forecast comes as a range of days with a confidence level and the reason for it ā few cycles logged, high variation, or a steady pattern. No single confident date that your body never agreed to. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not diagnose anything and does not tell you what to do. It shows you what you wrote. What that means is a conversation for you and your doctor. It is not a contraceptive and must not be used as one. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES On your phone, in an encrypted database, behind a PIN or your fingerprint if you want one. There is no account and no cloud. Your cycle, your symptoms, your notes and your measurements never leave the device ā not to us, not to anyone. No advertising, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Three things travel, and only these: if you subscribe, the app asks our server whether that subscription is still active, sending only the receipt identifier the store gave your phone. And if you switch crash reports on ā they are off unless you do ā a crash sends the type of error and the lines of code that failed, with any text you have written stripped out first. And if you write to support from inside the app, that message travels with the reply address you type ā the one thing leaving your phone that points back at you. WHAT YOU PAY Cycle tracking, the calendar, symptoms, reminders and the app lock are free and stay free. The lock is deliberately free: privacy is not an upsell. The encrypted backup is free too: it is the only way back after a lost or broken phone, and the app keeps no copy of your diary anywhere. Pro adds the doctor's report, the body map, the full export, discreet mode, the dark theme, and the reading of your temperature chart. Monthly or yearly ā your store shows the price in your own currency, and the first month costs nothing. Cancel any time in the store. Terms of use: https://heppsu.com/my-life-within-terms.html
