WODTap is a focused workout timer for iPhone and Apple Watch. Set up the format you want, start moving, and let clear visual, audio, and haptic cues keep every interval on track. ## App Store description WODTap gives your workout a reliable rhythm without getting in the way. Choose a timer for **Rounds for Time**, **AMRAP**, **EMOM**, or **Tabata**, or tap **Quick Start** for an untimed workout. Build a **Composite** workout when your session needs multiple work and rest stages. During the workout, a large round button counts your rounds without a look. The current phase, round, and remaining time stay easy to read at a glance. Use WODTap on its own or pair it with Apple Watch. The Watch app runs a workout on its own or follows the one on your iPhone, with live heart rate and active calories. The phone and Watch stay synchronized so you can keep your attention on the workout. **Walk the Dog** on Apple Watch times an outdoor walk and saves it to Health with its distance and route. When the session is finished, save a detailed record to your workout history. Review rounds, elapsed time, notes, photos, heart rate with each round marked, calories, and time in each heart-rate zone. Rate how hard the workout felt, from 1 to 10, and the rating is saved to Apple Health with the workout. Add photos from the camera or photo library to capture the session. ### Features - Rounds for Time with optional time cap - AMRAP countdowns - EMOM work and rest intervals - Tabata rounds, sets, and rest between sets - Quick Start untimed workouts, and repeat your last workout with one tap - Composite workouts with custom stages and rest periods - iPhone and Apple Watch workout support - Apple Watch heart rate and active-calorie tracking - Walk the Dog outdoor walks on Apple Watch, with distance and route - Large countdown, phase, and round displays - Layouts for iPhone Duo, closed, half-folded, or open - Audio cues, voice announcements, haptics, and configurable voices - Apple Music playback controls during a workout - Workout history with editable rounds and notes - Optional workout photos - Heart-rate summaries, charts, and time in zones - Effort rating from 1 to 10, saved to Apple Health - Auto, light, and dark appearance, and text-size preferences - Apple Watch complication for quick access ## How it works 1. Plus One is a workout tracker built on progressive overload: do a little more than last time, every time. Every set shows what you lifted last time. Beat it by one rep or a bit more weight and you earn a +1. Stack them up and you get stronger. BEAT LAST TIME • Last time on every set, so you always know the number to beat • Your next target on every set: one more rep, or the next weight once you've hit the top of your rep range (Pro) • Weight jumps sized to your equipment, in lb or kg • When a lift stalls, one clear fix: add a set, slow the lowering, or rest longer (Pro) • Targets hold steady after a bad night's sleep or time away, so you ease back in (Pro) LOG FAST • Tap to log a set and the rest timer starts on its own • Rest timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, with +15s and Skip • Warm-ups, drop sets and supersets, swaps for today or for good, notes on any lift • Say your sets instead of typing, like "135 for 8" (Pro) APPLE WATCH • Run a whole workout from your wrist, with or without your iPhone • Log sets with the Digital Crown, and feel a tap when rest is over • Live heart rate and calories, then heart-rate zones when you finish • The number to beat on every set (Pro) A PROGRAM THAT FITS • Answer a few questions and get a program from proven templates, from full body to Push / Pull / Legs • Every lift fits the equipment where you train: full gym, home gym, dumbbells only, hotel or bodyweight • Train on your schedule: a number of workouts a week, or fixed days • Program Score rates your plan from 0 to 100 on weekly sets per muscle, frequency and session length • Nearly 380 exercises, most with pictures, plus your own SEE WHAT MOVED (Pro) • Strength charts, personal records and estimated one-rep max for every lift • A 3D body map of the muscles you've trained APPLE HEALTH Plus One works with Apple Health if you allow it. It saves your strength workouts, how hard they felt, and weigh-ins you log. It can read sleep, heart rate, HRV and resting heart rate for a recovery estimate (sleep needs Apple Watch), plus body weight and steps. Health data stays on your iPhone. It is never used for ads and never shared. EAR BREAKS AND REST CUES (Pro) Your music or podcast dips while you rest and comes back for your next set. Optional "get ready" and "go" sounds play in your headphones. YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY • No account, no sign-up, no ads • Your log syncs only through your own iCloud, and you can turn that off • Bring your history: import a CSV export from another workout app • Export your log as a CSV file, or share a workout as an image or video • Prefer to just log? Freestyle mode turns targets off FREE AND PRO Free: unlimited workouts, routines and custom exercises, supersets, your full history, last time on every set, the rest timer and Live Activity, the widget, logging on Apple Watch, Apple Health, iCloud sync, sharing, import and export. Plus One Pro adds: your next target on every set, stall fixes and recovery-aware targets, the Progress tab (strength charts, estimated max, 3D muscle map), the number to beat on Apple Watch, ear breaks and rest cues, and voice logging. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly start with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal is charged in the 24 hours before then. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. In English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. Voice logging needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on. Plus One is a training log, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://plusonelifts.com/privacy
