Earn Screen Time vs NotYet

Move first. Scroll later. Earnit helps you interrupt automatic scrolling by earning your screen time. Choose distracting apps, earn minutes through effort, then decide when to use them. YOUR MINUTES, YOUR CHOICE 1. Choose the apps you want to block. 2. Earn minutes with walking steps from Apple Health. 3. Start a 5, 10 or 15 minute access session when you're ready. Earning minutes builds your balance. You choose when to unlock. A session is a window of clock time, even if you switch apps or lock your phone. Restrictions are reapplied when the session ends, subject to iOS timing. MORE WAYS TO EARN WITH PRO Do push-ups, squats, jumping jacks or lunges counted by your iPhone camera, or scan study material and answer a comprehension question. Study needs an internet connection; it rewards understanding rather than time on a study timer. Push-up video is not recorded or uploaded. START WITH ONE EARNED UNLOCK A DAY Try the daily earned unlock without a subscription. Pro adds more access sessions, custom earning rates, study and advanced progress views. Build a balance before opening your usual distractions. Start with a walk, then choose your next session. KEEP GOING WITH FRIENDS Add friends by invite code, create or join a squad and compare weekly goal progress. Send nudges and cheers to support each other. Choose whether to share missed goals. Friends shares steps, earned minutes and streaks; your selected apps and app usage stay private. ——— Unlock Earnit Pro with a monthly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Lifetime has no free trial or automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. # Pause — Think Before You Enter You know that moment. You open an app without even thinking about it. Pause adds a few seconds between the impulse and the action. When you try to access an app you've chosen to block, Pause gives you a short moment to stop, reflect, and decide whether you really want to continue. ## A Different Kind of App Blocker Pause isn't designed to completely control what you can access. Instead, it creates a small moment of friction. A countdown begins. And as the seconds pass, the message changes. **10 seconds** "Wait a second." **7 seconds** "Do you really need to open this?" **5 seconds** "What were you hoping to find here?" **3 seconds** "Will this help with what you planned today?" **1 second** "Your choice." Then you can decide whether to continue. ## Make Your Pause Personal Choose the style that fits you. • Calm • Motivational • Funny • Direct With Pause Pro, create your own messages and build a countdown that speaks directly to you. For example: "Why did I block Instagram?" ↓ "I wanted to finish my work." ↓ "Is this really important?" ↓ "Think before entering." ↓ "Your choice." ## Choose What You Want to Pause Select the apps and categories you want to put behind a pause. Use Apple's Screen Time technologies to configure the apps you want Pause to manage. You stay in control of your choices. ## Create Your Schedule Choose when Pause should step in. Set schedules around: • Work • Study • Sleep • Exercise • Personal focus time Create the boundaries that make sense for your day. ## Track Your Progress See how often Pause gives you a moment to reconsider. View statistics such as: • Pause sessions • Times you entered anyway • Successful pauses • Time delayed Use the information to better understand your digital habits. ## Pause Pro Unlock the full Pause experience with: • Unlimited blocked apps • Multiple schedules • Custom countdown durations • All message packs • Custom warning messages • Custom message sequences • Advanced statistics • More personalization options Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or purchase lifetime access when available. ## Designed for Focus Pause is intentionally simple. No complicated productivity system. No endless dashboards. Just a small interruption between: **Impulse → Pause → Choice** Your attention is yours. Take a moment before you give it away. ### Privacy Pause is designed with privacy in mind. Your app selections, schedules, custom messages, and personal statistics are handled locally where possible. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
