Kvitok is a calm way to track utility bills for anyone who submits meter readings every month and wants to know what it adds up to. Type in the current reading — the app pulls last month's value, multiplies the difference by your rate and adds it to your fixed costs. Send the finished receipt to your landlord or the family chat in one tap, as an image or as text. WHAT IT DOES • Meters with any unit and rate: electricity, cold and hot water, gas, heating • Two-rate meters — day and night are counted separately • Fixed costs: internet, intercom, waste collection • A photo of the meter as proof for the landlord • Receipt card: share it as an image or as text in any messenger • Month history with a breakdown — you see what the total is made of • Analytics: spending by month, shares by category and by meter • A reminder for the day readings are due • Several places: flat, cottage, garage — each with its own meters • One-file backup and a CSV export • Light and dark themes, English and Russian, any currency symbol PAST MONTHS STAY AS THEY WERE A submitted bill is an archive. A new rate or a new fixed amount applies from the current month and never rewrites what has already been counted and sent. Rates went up — your earlier receipts stay exactly as you handed them over. NOTHING EXTRA No sign-up, no accounts. No ads, no subscriptions. No internet: your data lives on your device only, the app never uploads it and collects nothing about you. You make the backup yourself and keep it wherever you like. WHO IT IS FOR • Tenants who report to a landlord every month • Owners keeping an eye on more than one flat • Anyone tired of counting kilowatt-hours in notes and a calculator
