Kiji puts your tasks, notes and habits in one place, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. KIJI REQUIRES A SUBSCRIPTION An auto-renewing subscription (or the one-time Lifetime purchase) is required to use Kiji. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Every feature described below is included in every plan; the plans differ only in how many photos and videos you can keep. There are no ads and nothing else to buy. TASKS ON BOARDS (included in every plan) • Every project is a board, and every board is a kanban: To Do, In Progress, Done. • Drag a card between columns, switch to a checklist when you just want to tick things off, or to a calendar to see your month and your week. • Type "tomorrow at 5pm" in a todo's title and the deadline and the reminder are set for you. • Start dates, deadlines, notes and reminders on every todo, and a widget for what is due soon. • Keep your dated todos in Apple Calendar as well, if you like. A change on either side reaches the other. DOCUMENTS THAT HOLD MORE THAN TEXT (included in every plan) • Headings, lists, quotes, code and checklists, with bold, italic, underline, strikethrough and highlight. • Add photos and video straight into the page. They sync with it, within your plan's media allowance. • Export to PDF, Word, HTML or Markdown. • Keep documents in folders — nested, colored and sorted by category — and pin them to Home as a widget. HABITS (included in every plan) • Track what you do daily or on chosen weekdays, and see the last two weeks at a glance. • Type what you did in your own words — "two glasses", "half an hour" — and Kiji works out the number. A HOME YOU ARRANGE (included in every plan) • Pin boards, single todos, documents, habits, a calendar, "due soon" and "recently added" as widgets. • Drag them, resize them, color them. Four sizes, your order. • Stats that show what you finished this week and what is still open, day by day. MAKE IT YOURS (included in every plan) • Twelve color themes, each with a light and a dark look, and an app icon that can match. • The day's weather under the date on Home, with a faint sky of it behind your pages. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY DEVICE (included in every plan) • Start without an account. Create one with Apple, Google or email when you want everything on iPhone, iPad and Mac. • Changes sync in the background. Work offline and it catches up. • A Mac app with a real sidebar and three columns, not a stretched phone screen. • Your recent todos on Apple Watch, and todo and calendar widgets for the Home Screen. • Lock Kiji with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. MADE TO BE QUICK (included in every plan) • Pull down on any tab to capture a thought before it goes. • Or say it: tap the mic and your words appear as you speak, in a todo, a habit or a document. • Share text, links, photos and video to Kiji from other apps. • Search across boards, todos, documents and habits. • Dynamic Type and eleven languages. PLANS AND PRICES Choose one plan (new subscribers start with a 3-day free trial): • Essential — monthly or yearly: 1 GB of photos and video, up to 200 media files. • Plus — monthly or yearly: 5 GB, up to 1,000 media files. • Pro — monthly or yearly: 25 GB, unlimited media files, priority support. • Lifetime — one payment: everything in Pro for as long as Kiji is offered, with no subscription. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. About

AZNote

Features

AZNote is a note app built around structure. Every line is its own item, so a note behaves like an outline instead of a wall of text: click a bullet and the branch folds away, click again and it returns exactly as you left it. WRITE THE WAY YOU THINK Type "- " to start a list. Tab and Shift-Tab move an item in and out, carrying everything underneath it. Paste a list from anywhere and it becomes a real outline, with its levels intact. TAGS, PEOPLE, PRIORITIES Drop a coloured chip into the text — TODO, IDEA, or any you define — with a click or a shortcut. The same chips mark who is doing what and how urgent it is. Filter the whole library by any of them: only the documents carrying it stay in the tree, and inside a document a counter steps you through every occurrence, opening folded branches on the way. TICK LINES OFF Mark a line done from the toolbar, a shortcut or the context menu: it is struck through and stamped with the date and time. One switch hides every done line, so what is left is what still needs you. REMINDERS ON THE EXACT LINE Give a line a date and time. Tapping the notification opens that document, scrolls to the line that raised it and highlights it — you land on the thought, not near it. THE AGENDA: EVERYTHING DUE, IN ONE PLACE Pick a tag, a person and a priority — together, not one at a time — and see every line in the whole library that carries them, soonest reminder first and overdue in red. It sits beside your note: click an entry and the editor jumps there, across notes, while the list stays open for the next one. BOOKMARKS Mark any line you keep coming back to and reach it from the toolbar, whichever note it lives in. SHARE A NOTE — OR ONE BRANCH — ON THE WEB Send a link to someone who does not use AZNote. They open a page in any browser and edit it with you, changes travelling both ways. Give each link a name, and every change made through it is filed under that name in the note's History — who, when, and which lines. Encrypt the note and the key travels only in the link, so the server keeps something it cannot read. A short wizard sets what the link allows: read-only, tick boxes or not, and whether you are told when someone edits it. Sharing a folder through iCloud works too, for other Apple users. ALSO IN THE PAGE Search across notes, folders and chips. Editable keyboard shortcuts. Handwriting with Apple Pencil, PDF import and annotation, audio recording linked to the page, a word-processor toolbar, and automatic backups you can restore whole or one note at a time. IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC One app for all three. Your notes sync through your own iCloud account — no AZNote account, no server in between. Web sharing is the one exception, and only for the notes you choose to share. FREE AND PRO Use AZNote free for up to three documents, with every feature available. One yearly subscription removes the limit, on all your devices. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
