Actaeon
Read full descriptionHide full description
Actaeon keeps a deer camp’s herd in one place, so everybody hunts off the same list. Pull your trail camera cards into the app and put a name to the deer in them. Each buck gets a page: his pictures by season, his points and age, how to tell him from the one that looks like him, and where the camp stands on shooting him. Hunting mode is built for the stand at gray light. It opens on a dark screen with your camp’s deer as faces you can scan, in the order that matters: don’t shoot first, then undecided, then management, then trophy. Tap one for his picture, the camp’s call, and his record. Filter by antler points when you only need the eights. The camp’s manager decides what each person sees and shoots. Guests get a one-time invite link, read-only, for as long as the manager says. Deer marked top secret stay hidden from guests unless the manager shares them. A guest can be allowed to add pictures without changing anything else. Share a deer’s pictures with somebody outside the camp by text, or hand out an invite so they can look for themselves. Actaeon is for hunting clubs, leases, and family camps. No ads, and nothing in it is sold to anybody.
FieldReportHQ

FieldReportHQ is the field companion for hunters and anglers who want to stop guessing and start reading conditions like a local. Meet Gus. Ask him anything — how to play the wind on a morning sit, what the bass are biting right now, a gear checklist for the weekend. Gus knows weather, solunar timing, the water, and the ground you hunt, and answers in plain talk. Log your field reports. Just tell Gus you got back from the creek — he stamps the real conditions (wind, pressure, moon, water temp), names your spot, and hands back an honest read on how it's stacking up over time. No spreadsheets. Read the wind on the map. Drop your stands, blinds, and fishing spots, set a preferred wind, and see a scent cone and decoy-wind picture right on satellite imagery — plus public-land boundaries and game units. Free to download — create an account and start talking to Gus and logging your trips right away. Upgrade to Elite anytime to unlock the full map and field toolkit. Built for the way you actually hunt and fish. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
