Everything, in one keyboard. It fixes your spelling and grammar on the phone itself — no connection, no Full Access, nothing sent anywhere. SPELLING AND GRAMMAR, OFFLINE Their and they're, its and it's, your and you're, "should of", "was wrote", "loose" for "lose" — mistakes a spellchecker cannot see, because every word in them is spelled correctly. Thirty-five rules, on the device, free, with no permission and no network. Corrections appear above the keys and apply with a tap, or fix the whole message at once. Give them a row of their own and they stay visible as you write. Long-press for accents, an optional number row, a height slider. Undo, which iOS gives keyboards no way to do. LOOK Forty-two colours, thirty-nine key shapes and sixteen drawn backdrops, mixed however you like. They move while you type — rain, fire, fireflies, meteors — and stop when it goes away. All contrast-checked. One-handed mode pins the keys to the side you reach. LAYOUTS QWERTY, Dvorak, Colemak and ABC. The iPhone has never offered Dvorak or Colemak on screen, so if you type one on a computer, this is the first time your phone can match. Autocorrect follows whichever you pick. SOUND AND FEEL Six key sounds — typewriter with a bell on return, mechanical, thock, bubble, retro, water — generated on the phone, not recorded. Haptics per key. For hands that shake, a key can be set to need holding, or to ignore a second press. FONTS, FACES AND EMOJI Twenty-seven text styles — bold, script, gothic, wide, upside down — applied to a finished message, so you keep autocorrect while writing it. Two hundred text faces, and the full emoji set with skin tones. IS IT A SCAM? Paste a message you were sent and it says what it noticed: pressure to act now, an odd way to pay, a threat to an account. It takes two before it speaks. Links too — an address that looks like a bank and goes elsewhere, letters swapped for digits. Offline, never uploaded. IT CATCHES WHAT YOU'D REGRET A login code about to be forwarded to whoever just asked for it — the most common way people are defrauded, and the only moment to stop it. WHAT DOES THIS EVEN SAY? Paste a clause, a form, a letter from a landlord and get it in plain English. TRANSLATE Twenty languages. Which one it's in is worked out on the phone. MESSAGES NOBODY ELSE CAN READ Agree a phrase with someone. After that, write in any app and what leaves your phone is scrambled text nobody can turn back. No account, no server. THE SMALL USEFUL THINGS A sum mid-sentence and the answer appears. Type "next friday" and get the date. A clipboard that refuses to remember login codes. A password generator that types straight in and never saves it. Save your email, phone and address once and a field that asks for one offers it — never a password field. WHAT PRO IS FOR AI review — grammar that reads the sentence, tone, rewriting, synonyms — translation, plain-English explanations, locking messages, and most of the themes, shapes, backdrops and sounds. About 8,000 words a day; nothing offline is metered. The spelling and grammar above are free, as is everything else here that this paragraph does not name: emoji, faces, fonts, undo, every check, the calculator, dates, passwords and the clipboard. WHAT LEAVES YOUR DEVICE Enforced in code, not promised in a policy. Password fields are never checked. While you write a locked message, every engine that would use a network is left out. No accounts, no analytics, no ad identifiers, no history of what you type. A screen in the app lists what each setting sends. WORTH KNOWING Everything Keyboard Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Live subtitles for videos and conversations, and live translation for any app on your screen. Speech captions turn what's said in videos, live streams, online classes and podcasts, or by the people around you, into subtitles in your language. Screen translation shows the text of any app translated right where it is. On iPhone and iPad, entirely on your device. SPEECH CAPTIONS (NEW) • Switch to Speech at the top of Home and choose an Audio Source. Phone Audio captions what other apps play: pick the spoken language, tap Start Captions and go back to your video. It doesn't use the microphone or read the screen, so room noise stays out. • Nearby Speech uses the microphone to caption the people around you: conversations, talks, guided tours. No screen sharing needed. Tap Start Listening for large live captions; switch apps and they keep going in Picture in Picture. • Recognition runs on your device. Audio is never recorded, saved or uploaded. Each language's speech model is downloaded once by iOS, after you confirm. • Pick the window's shape and text size; show the translation, both lines, or the original only. • Change the spoken language mid-session. Transcripts are saved on your device to review, copy or export as TXT, SRT or Markdown. • Recognizes English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German and more. You choose the spoken language; it isn't detected automatically. SCREEN TRANSLATION 1. Download a language pack once. Loupe detects the language on screen. 2. Tap Start Loupe, then Start Sharing. 3. Switch to any app. A Picture in Picture window shows that part of the screen, translated in place. Four reading scopes: Near the window, Whole screen, Fixed area (a region you mark, like a game's dialogue box), and LAN Live (the translated screen in a browser on another device on the same Wi-Fi). SCREEN SUBTITLES (LOUPE PRO) Instead of in place, screen translations can appear as numbered large-type cards in the original's colors, with the source text alongside, a corner guide to where each line is on screen, and right-to-left order for manga. ON IPAD With Windowed Apps or Stage Manager, the Loupe window itself becomes the lens: put it beside the app or video. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Recognition and translation happen on your device, using Apple's on-device frameworks. • Your screen and audio are never sent to us or saved. Caption transcripts stay only on your device, and you can delete them anytime. • LAN Live, only when you choose it, sends the translation just to devices on your local network that open your link. • No account, no ads, no tracking. Works offline once languages are downloaded. LANGUAGES Loupe comes in 14 languages: English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, 日本語, 한국어, Tiếng Việt, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português (Brasil), Türkçe, Bahasa Indonesia, العربية and ไทย. It translates from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, English and other languages supported by Apple's translation. FREE AND LOUPE PRO • Free: screen translation with all four scopes, and speech captions, for 5 minutes a day in total. • Loupe Pro: no daily time limit in either mode, plus Screen Subtitles. Monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. GOOD TO KNOW • Requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. • Language packs come from Apple, about 140–440 MB each. Loupe asks before any download. • Content an app protects from screen recording can't be read, and some apps mute their audio while the screen is shared.
