Horef Rings puts the metrics you care about on your Apple Watch face and iPhone: three in one rectangular complication, or any metric as its own complication on any face. Start with Headroom, weather, sleep and battery, or choose from 75 metrics: weather, activity, sleep, health, calendar, device and workouts. ANY METRIC, ANY WATCH FACE Complications come in circular, corner, inline and rectangular sizes. Corners look like watchOS: the value in the corner and a curved scale along the bezel — today's weather low and high, battery, Headroom 0–10, goals. Pick the 12 metrics the face editor offers on iPhone in Settings → Watch complications; Left, Centre and Right show the metric in that Watch circle. All complications refresh together and show the same values. HEADROOM A daily 0–10 estimate of how recovered you are this morning, calculated on your devices from Health data: last night's sleep against your sleep need, overnight heart rate variability, resting heart rate, breathing rate and wrist temperature against your 28-day norm, and recent activity load. It appears as a ten-segment dial coloured by level: Rest, Easy, Steady, Push. The method is explained in the app. Headroom is a wellness estimate, not a medical measurement, and it is not Apple's Readiness score. HISTORY AND AWARDS Browse any week or month back to your first Health records, tap a day to see what moved its score and set your own sleep need. Earn medals for streaks and personal records, each announced by a notification. WIDGETS FOR IPHONE Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets in every size: Weather, Headroom, Sleep, Activity arcs and battery, a large panel and a month calendar. Tap a widget to open its page: weather for the next 24 hours (temperature, rain chance, wind) and 7 days, upcoming events by day, or the last 7 days of sleep, heart and activity. Its Open button opens Apple Weather, Apple or Google Calendar, Health or Fitness. The Apple Watch metric screen also shows the forecast and upcoming events. Horef Rings for Mac shows them on your Mac too. BATTERY The battery page shows time left at the current pace, the pace now and the usual pace. Optionally (Settings → Battery), each device notifies you when its own battery drains at least 1.5 times faster than usual and would last less than 6 hours, at most once between charges. MAKE IT YOURS Change each metric's label, number format, units, colour and style, or hide labels. Designs: Standard, Terminal or Horef Labs. Presets help you start; settings sync between iPhone and Apple Watch. The app follows your iPhone's language: English, Russian, German, French or Japanese. FREE TO TRY, ONE-TIME PRO Horef Rings is free to download: try every feature free for 14 days, then keep everything with a one-time Pro purchase. No subscription. Date, weekday, time, battery, steps and activity stay free. Headroom, the full catalogue, weather, calendar, health displays and iPhone widgets are part of Pro. Have a code? Redeem it on the Pro screen. YOUR DATA, ON YOUR DEVICES Health and Calendar access are optional. Horef Rings reads permitted records and never writes Health or Calendar data. Headroom and its history are calculated on your devices and never sent to us. No advertising, tracking SDK or account. Apple Weather provides local weather for your permitted location. COMPATIBILITY Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later and an iPhone with iOS 18 or later. The three circles need a face with a large rectangular slot, such as Modular or Modular Ultra; single-metric complications work on any face with complications. Headroom needs an Apple Watch that records sleep and overnight vitals; with less than five days of history the score is marked as calibrating. Each metric depends on permissions, device capabilities and existing records. watchOS sets update timing: readings are snapshots, not continuous monitoring. Horef Rings is an information and wellness display, not a medical device. If you feel unwell, talk to a doctor.
