Phone Break
Read full descriptionHide full description
Phone Break helps you create space from the apps you use more than you intend. Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to pause. YOUR LIMITS, YOUR WAY β’ Take a timed break for 15, 30, or 60 minutes. β’ Set a combined daily limit from 15 to 480 minutes. β’ Set daily limits for individual apps from 5 to 480 minutes. β’ Block selected items on specific days and hours, including overnight schedules. β’ Pause for 5, 8, or 10 seconds on each app open (requires an app-opening automation in Shortcuts). β’ Choose whether to continue or close after each additional 30 minutes of use counted after enabling usage breaks. β’ In Strict Mode, active timed breaks, scheduled blocking, and reached daily limits cannot be changed or disabled inside the app until they end. β’ Standard Mode offers one five-minute grace period per day for the combined daily cap, with automatic relock. β’ See Screen Time suggestions and compare the last seven completed days with the seven before them. Rules work together. Continuing from a pause never removes daily caps or scheduled blocking. For Pause on each open, create a Shortcuts App automation, select Is Opened and Run Immediately, then add Phone Breakβs Pause When App Opens action. A step-by-step guide is included in the app. Elapsed clock time alone no longer brings back the opening pause. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Individual app names and usage details are displayed inside Apple's protected Device Activity Report. Selection tokens, restriction settings, and break state stay on your device. There are no accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, external servers, or cloud sync. Screen Time authorization is required. You can revoke access in iPhone Settings or delete the app. Phone Break is a digital wellbeing tool, not a medical product, diagnosis, or treatment.

Quiet nights. Focus time shared with cats. NightMeow is a study timer with little feline companions. Tap the box to start. As you focus, a small friend inside begins to appear. [A little friend that grows with your focus] The box peeks open at 10 minutes. Meet a kitten at 25 minutes and a grown cat at 50. Keep studying, and a new box appears every 90 minutes. Focus without a pause button, then finish your session to save your record. [Your daily room and cat collection] When you finish, see the friends who joined you and revisit your records in each day's room. Each page shows up to 13 visitors, with more on the next page. Sessions shorter than one minute record time only. Discover different cats and invite them to your next study session. [Share your room] Swipe between days or jump to a date with the calendar. Share a 4:5 image of your room directly from the share button, without saving it to Photos first. [Made for iPhone and iPad] Study in portrait or landscape with layouts that adapt to your screen. [A day that fits your routine] Choose midnight, 5 AM, or any whole hour from midnight to 8 AM as the start of your study day. Changes apply to sessions started after the effective time shown in the app. Past records stay unchanged. [Focus on your Lock Screen] Enable Live Activities to see your study time on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported devices. The timer keeps running when the screen is off. [Block distractions while you study] Optionally allow Screen Time access and choose apps, websites, or categories to restrict. They are blocked when you start studying and unblocked when you finish. Blocking automatically ends after a maximum of 12 hours, and you can revoke access in device settings. You can also use the timer without blocking anything. [Simple and quiet] β’ No ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases β’ No account required β’ Study records stored on your device β’ Record backup and restore β’ Korean, English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese Support and feedback: ddubangstudio@gmail.com
