Your weight moves from day to day by two or three pounds: water, salt, meals, sleep. That movement is larger than the progress you are looking for. Trendcurve takes it out and shows you the trend underneath, and the date you will reach your goal. FOUR TABS, EACH WITH ONE JOB β’ Today: your trend and today's entries at a glance β’ Goal: forecast, milestones and, in maintain mode, your corridor β’ Analysis: experiments, patterns, balance, calorie budget and body values β’ History: every measurement with chart and trend line β’ Drag cards into your order, hide what you don't need WHAT TRENDCURVE SHOWS β’ Trend weight: the smoothed line instead of today's reading, and you pick the method (exponential, 7 or 14 days, double exponential) β’ 7-day change and weekly rate, so you can see where things are really heading β’ Target rate: planned against measured, with a warning when it gets too fast β’ Goal with progress: lose, gain or maintain, all three built out equally EXPERIMENTS Try a change for a few weeks, for example no alcohol or 16:8. With Pro, Trendcurve compares your weekly rate before, during and after. The numbers show a connection, not a cause. MEDICATION TRACKING If you are on a weekly medication, for example a GLP-1 therapy, every dose change appears as a marker in your history, and a reminder on your injection day lets you check it off. Label and dose stay on your device. Trendcurve gives no recommendations. MAINTAIN WITH A CORRIDOR Reached your goal? Set a corridor around your goal weight as wide as you like. The band in the chart and the status show whether your trend stays inside. LOGGING WITHOUT EFFORT β’ Log your weight in seconds, several values a day if you like β’ Kilograms, pounds or stones, height and body measurements in centimeters or feet and inches β’ Apple Health both ways: read in the background, and written back when you want it β’ Ignore outliers: they stay visible but do not count for the trend β’ Daily reminder that stays quiet once you have weighed in today β’ Share your trend and milestones as an image, free for everyone β’ Widgets for home and lock screen, dark mode, ten languages YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account, no ads. Your weight and health data live on your device. Export as CSV and JSON at any time, import from Happy Scale, Libra, openScale and Excel. TRENDCURVE PRO Logging, trend, units, history, Apple Health, target rate, reminder, export and sharing stay free, as do experiments and markers, medication tracking with dose markers and weekly reminder, and the corridor band and status. Pro additionally unlocks: β’ Forecast with target date and an honest range, plus the forecast chart β’ Calorie budget from your trend: maintenance, balance and the budget for your target rate β’ Patterns: plateau detection with an explanation and weekday patterns β’ Experiment results: weekly rate before, during and after, with a result to share β’ Weekly rate per dose step, corridor history and early warning β’ Milestones with celebrations β’ Balance over 7, 30 and 90 days and monthly reports β’ Body measurements: waist, hips, chest, body fat β’ Progress photos with before and after comparison β’ Trend restart and chart ranges of one year and longer, also when sharing β’ Automatic iCloud backup, large widgets, multiple reminders with streak protection Trendcurve Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($1.99), a yearly subscription ($11.99 with a 7-day free trial) or a one-time purchase ($29.99). Prices may vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage them in your Apple ID settings. NOTE Trendcurve is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. The app records and calculates; it does not interpret. The calorie budget is an estimate based on your own entries and values.
