Turn how your day felt into one simple score. DayScore is a mood tracker and daily diary for the days when a long journal entry feels like too much. Choose a score from 0 to 100, add a short note if you like, and save your day. Your entries become a pastel calendar and clear statistics, helping you look back on changes in your mood over time. • A score and a short note Use the slider to rate your day and add a note of up to 80 characters. A score on its own is enough, too. • Your days, in color See your daily scores on a pastel calendar. Select a past date to revisit or edit an entry. • Trends at a glance Review this week, this month, or this year. See your average, recorded days, and highest and lowest scores. • A widget and a gentle reminder Check today's score on your Home Screen. Tap the widget to open your daily entry, and set a reminder for a time that works for you. • Colors that feel like you Choose from built-in score palettes and color themes to make your diary your own. An optional Premium subscription unlocks ad removal, record patterns with weekday averages and score distribution, and custom palettes. No long entry needed. Make a little space for your day.

Mood Check

How are you feeling, really? Mood Check-In is a private, gentle place to notice how you feel. Pick one of five moods, add a feeling or two, name what shaped it, and you are done in under a minute. No account, no cloud, no scores to chase. Your check-ins stay on your iPhone. A CHECK-IN, NOT A CHORE - Five moods, from Tough to Great, shown as expressive faces or calm words. Your choice. - Twelve feelings to name the moment: Joyful, Calm, Grateful, Hopeful, Excited, Content, Anxious, Stressed, Sad, Angry, Lonely, Tired. - Fourteen influences for what shaped it: Sleep, Work, Relationships, Family, Health, Exercise, Weather, Hobbies, Social, Food, Money, Study, Travel, Other. - An optional private note, up to 2,000 characters. - Check in once a day or several times. Both are welcome. ROOM FOR A FEW WORDS Every check-in has space for a private note. It opens with one gentle question — "What is happening, and what might you need?" — and you can write a sentence, a page, or nothing at all. There is no right answer. YOUR INNER WEATHER - Mood calendar: every day at a glance. Tap any day to look back, edit, or delete. - Missed a day? Add a check-in to a past day whenever you are ready. Nothing recorded — and that is okay. - Seven-day rhythm: a simple seven-day view of your week with one gentle sentence, like "Your inner weather brightened as the week went on." Patterns, not verdicts. - A day streak appears if you set a daily goal and find it helpful. No pressure to feel a certain way — just room to notice. GENTLE REMINDERS, ON YOUR TERMS Turn on check-in reminders and choose the hours they are allowed to arrive. They stay quiet outside your window, and permission is only requested if you turn them on. Set a daily check-in goal if that helps, or leave it at no target. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Your check-ins, notes, and tags are stored on your iPhone and never uploaded. - No account to create, no server holding your journal. - No AI reads your entries. No one does. - Reminders are local notifications, nothing more. - Delete all Mood Check-In data from Settings, whenever you like. - Mood Check-In does not sync or back up your journal between devices, so it lives with this iPhone. MADE TO FEEL CALM - A warm, paper-like design with five soft mood colors, in light, dark, or system appearance. - Faces or Words: choose how your moods appear. - Favorite tags: pin the feelings and influences you reach for most. A GENTLE NOTE Mood Check-In is a private reflection tool, not medical care or a diagnostic service. It is here to help you notice, not to tell you what anything means. If today feels heavy, please reach out to someone you trust. ABOUT MOOD CHECK-IN PLUS Mood Check-In is free to download and browse. Checking in, editing or deleting check-ins, favorite tags, the daily check-in goal, mood display options, and reminders are part of Mood Check-In Plus, which starts with a free trial. Mood Check-In Plus is available two ways: - Mood Check-In Plus Monthly: a 1-month auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial, then the monthly price shown in the app. - Mood Check-In Plus Lifetime: a one-time purchase at the price shown in the app. Pay once, yours to keep. The free trial converts to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same monthly price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase and does not cancel an active trial or subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
