About

Quit Cigarettes

The hardest part of quitting smoking is those few minutes when you want a cigarette. Sabri is right there with you in that moment. HOW IT WORKS • You pick your quit day. • Until then, you take one small prep step each day. For example, you plan ahead what you'll do when the urge hits. • When you want a cigarette, tap SOS. Sabri stays with you until the urge passes. You breathe together, play a short game, or Sabri gives you an idea. WHAT'S INSIDE • SOS for the moment the urge hits • Small prep tasks every day until quit day • My Map: shows what time and where your urges come • The money you save by not smoking, and a goal to put it toward • A counter of your smoke-free days • Short chats with Sabri, and reminders WHAT'S FREE One SOS a day is free: when the urge hits, it starts without a subscription, with all its tools. The day counter, your savings, an overview of your prep plan, two prep tasks and the first two chats are free too. Sabri Pro unlocks unlimited SOS, all prep tasks, My Map and all chats. SUBSCRIPTION There are three plans: weekly, 3 months and yearly. All three renew automatically. On the weekly plan the first week is discounted, then it continues at the regular weekly price. The first week is not free. If you don't want to be charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. If notifications are on, we'll remind you before the first week ends. Current prices are shown on the subscription screen in the app. You can cancel anytime in your store account's subscription settings. PRIVACY You sign in with your Apple or Google account, no separate password. Your plan and records are saved to your account; they're waiting for you even if you switch phones, and other users can't see them. No ads, no ad tracking. You can delete your account anytime from inside the app. IMPORTANT Sabri is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not recommend medication or provide counseling. Talk to your doctor about decisions related to your health.
