Delve is short, interactive lessons about interesting things: how the world works, how to live better, stories that change how you see something, and ideas that are hard to get your head around. Each takes a few minutes, asks you to guess before it tells you, and is written with AI from the Wikipedia articles it links to. HOME A feed of lessons, ranked by what you told Delve you are curious about. Swipe away anything you do not want to see again. A LESSON WRITTEN FOR YOU, EVERY DAY With Delve Plus, a new lesson is written for you overnight from your interests and anything you ask for. Search for something Delve does not teach yet, ask for it, and it shapes your next lessons. A new one is written after you open the last one, so they never pile up. It needs AI turned on. BOOKS Ideas from 25 well-known books, and what the evidence says now. Each book has three narrated lessons in our own words, not the book itself: each teaches one idea the author argues, then says what research has found since, criticism included. Listen along or read at your own pace. PUZZLES Seven puzzle games, new every day at 10 a.m.: Seeds, Cuts, Bridges, Totals, Snips, Alibis and Fours. Each logic puzzle has one answer you can reach without guessing, and its hints tell you the next step and why it works. Free readers get about half of each day's puzzles; Delve Plus opens all of them and every past day. YOUR LIBRARY Everything you have played, saved and finished, the books you have started, and Review, an AI chat that asks you to explain what you learned. NOTHING TO KEEP UP WITH No courses to fall behind on. A reminder at the time you pick, if you want one, and a streak that counts the days you finished a lesson or a puzzle. HALF OF OUR PROFITS GO TO WIKIPEDIA Our lessons are written from Wikipedia, so half of our profits go to the Wikimedia Foundation, which runs it. FREE AND DELVE PLUS Free: two lessons or book parts a day, and about half of each day's puzzles. Delve Plus: a new lesson written for you every day, every lesson and book with no daily limit, and every puzzle, past days included. Delve Plus is $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year in the U.S. (prices vary by country). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Start exploring philosophy with a question. philosophizenow lets you explore a chosen slice of the history of philosophy through narrative pages, short idea cards and linked sources, written to be read like a story and not like a textbook. MEET AN IDEA TODAY Follow the question of the day into a reading route, or begin with short idea cards. The question of the day favours routes you haven't read yet. READ THINKERS, CONCEPTS AND WORKS There are 151 thinkers, 16 concepts, 10 movements, 11 works and 1 period page. Each is a sectioned article with source links, and most thinkers have portraits. Justice, free will, time, power. Stoicism, the Enlightenment, phenomenology. The Republic, Leviathan, the Ethics. Start wherever you'd like. OPEN THE IDEA THAT CATCHES YOU Selected passages offer reading guides that explain 50 philosophical terms and some key ideas briefly. Explore the detail and source context when you want to. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE Mark the cards you have read, see your progress and pick up where you left off. When you finish a route, the next one is suggested. SHARE AN IDEA When an idea card is worth showing a friend, turn it into an image in post or story format and share it. The image carries the card's title, its short claim and its source. READ IN TWO LANGUAGES Read the interface, idea cards and all 189 full articles in English or Turkish. Choose System language, Türkçe or English in Notebook > Dil / Language. MOVE AMONG IDEAS Explore questions in the Atlas. Meet thinkers in their periods in History. Select words or sentences in an article to highlight them. In the Notebook, find your highlights, saved items, your own answers and follows, and write your own notes. Adjust the text size and read in light or dark mode. REMINDERS ARE YOURS Following a thinker adds them to your Notebook. You can turn on a daily idea reminder separately and you'll choose its time. This content covers a selection from the history of philosophy. It is not a complete map of every tradition. Differing interpretations and sources are noted on the pages concerned. No account is needed. Your personal notes and written answers stay on your device. Where you stopped in an article, your thread progress, bookmarks and follows sync with your own iCloud account if it is enabled. Completion progress in idea series is stored on this device. You can turn sync off in the Notebook and delete the cloud data.
