So Annoying! blocks ads in Safari and inside many of your other apps and games. In the YouTube app, videos play without ads, keep playing when you lock the screen, and work in picture in picture. In Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac, it rejects cookie banners for you where the site allows it and hides the rest. It also clears popups and the AI answers on top of search results. It works in many apps and games, not every one. If an ad still gets through, report it with one tap and your report helps fix it for everyone. If you want a game to keep its ads, maybe for a reward, add it to Allowed apps. In Safari you decide what goes. Ads, trackers, cookie banners, newsletter popups, prompts to open the app, chat bubbles, floating videos, notification requests, sponsored results and AI answers in search. Turn off any of these you want to keep. When you close something it missed, Learning notices how you closed it and saves a rule to try next time. Learning is on by default and also sends limited reports to help improve the rules for everyone. You can turn it off in settings. New rules reach the app without waiting for an app update. IN OTHER APPS runs on your iPhone or iPad, and your traffic does not go through my servers. Setup takes a few steps in Settings, and the app shows each one with a short film. There is no account to make. Blocking ads and trackers in Safari is free on every device, with no trial and no time limit. Cookie banners, popups and ads in your other apps come with a plan. There are two packages, In Safari and In Safari + IN OTHER APPS. In Safari works on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. IN OTHER APPS is for iPhone and iPad. Each package comes monthly, yearly or as one lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly start with a free trial. If you already own In Safari for life, you can add IN OTHER APPS for life with one more purchase. Family Sharing works on every plan. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. I make So Annoying! on my own. If something still shows up or setup gets stuck, send me a message from the app or write to support@soannoying.app. I'm happy to help. Use the whole outer display in Safari. When your iPhone Duo is folded, Safari keeps its controls in a strip along the side of the outer display, and web pages stop short of them. OutSpan widens pages into that space, so articles, images, and everyday browsing fill the screen. It does the same on the inner screen when Safari shares it with another app. Choose Wide to expand the page layout, or Off to restore the website's original layout. Your choice is remembered across websites, tabs, reloads, and Safari restarts. Any site can keep a layout of its own, and a tap beside Safari's controls switches the site you're on. • Pages use the full width of the outer display • Works in Split View on the inner screen • One choice that follows you as you browse • A layout of its own for any site you pick • A quick switch beside Safari's controls for the site you're on • Optional blur behind Safari's controls, with adjustable strength • Simple Wide and Off controls in Safari's page menu • No account and no tracking. Everything runs on your iPhone • A built-in guide to turn on the extension SITE LAYOUTS Keep a layout for each site. In the OutSpan app, open Site Layouts, add a site by typing its address or pasting a link, and choose Wide or Off. Or, in Safari, turn on Only on this site in the OutSpan menu. A site's layout covers its subdomains too, and every other site follows your choice. QUICK SWITCH OutSpan's brackets sit on a round button beside Safari's own buttons. Tap it to switch the site you're on between Wide and Off. The page changes at once, and the choice is kept for that site. If you'd rather not see the button, turn it off in the OutSpan menu. SPLIT VIEW Open your iPhone Duo and put Safari beside another app. Safari keeps its controls on the outer edge of its half of the screen, and OutSpan widens pages beneath them. The first time, choose which side Safari's controls are on in the OutSpan menu. Your choice is remembered. When Safari has the inner screen to itself, it shows its controls along the top, and pages already use the full width. FREE TRIAL AND UNLOCK Off is always free. Wide is free for 3 days from the moment you first turn it on. After that, Wide requires Full Unlock, a one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription. REQUIREMENTS Requires iPhone Duo. On other iPhone models, Safari already uses the full screen width, so OutSpan has nothing to change. Turn on the extension in Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions, and allow it on the websites you want to widen. Most websites widen cleanly. A few with unusual layouts may not; tap the quick switch on one of those, and its original layout returns at once and is kept for that site. Safari's side controls stay on top of the widened page.
