Keging ā a Kegel timer that guides you by feel Squeeze. Relax. Repeat. Keging runs your squeeze-and-relax cycles for the seconds and reps you choose, and tells you each phase with a vibration. Completely free ā no ads, no purchases. ā How it works ⢠One big Start button. A short countdown, then your first squeeze begins ⢠Squeeze as the circle shrinks, let go as it swells ⢠Finish every rep and the set is saved. A set you stop midway isn't recorded ā Pick a preset ⢠A preset is one cycle: ready time, squeeze, relax, reps, rounds. You start with "Default" (10 s squeeze, 5 s relax, 20 reps, about 5 minutes) ⢠Swipe left or right on the main screen to switch presets, then tap Start ⢠Ready 0ā10 s, squeeze and relax 1ā60 s, 1ā100 reps. Make as many presets as you like ⢠Rounds ā do several sets in a row with a rest in between. Each set is recorded ⢠Your presets are sent to Apple Watch as they are ā Haptic cues ā no need to look ⢠Squeeze and relax start with different vibrations, so you know what to do with the phone in your pocket ⢠Three patterns (Standard, Two Taps, Long Buzz) for squeeze and relax, with a preview ⢠Sound cues too (chime, beep or voice), or silent for haptics only. Optional 3-second countdown ⢠A long celebratory buzz when you finish ⢠Timer and haptics keep going in other apps or with the screen off ā Dynamic Island and Lock Screen ⢠Leave the app mid-workout and a live status appears in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen ⢠The set is drawn as a timeline in squeeze (mint) and relax (amber), with a line that moves in real time and the remaining time ⢠A Stop button on the Lock Screen and in the island ā end a set without opening the app ⢠A "Discreet Display" with the timeline only, and optional phase banners in other apps ā Widgets and Control Center ⢠Widgets (small, medium, large): today's sets and reps, the last 7 days, recent records and a Start button ⢠Add a Start control to Control Center or the Lock Screen ⢠Assign a preset to a widget or control, or tell Siri "Start (preset) in Keging" ⢠A watch complication opens Keging ā Apple Watch ⢠Open the watch app and tap Start. The workout runs on your wrist, haptics included. Double Tap works too ⢠Swipe up or down to pick a preset ā the same list as on your iPhone ⢠Start on iPhone and the watch app opens by itself to measure your heart rate. Haptics play only where you started ⢠Haptic and Health settings live on the watch itself (swipe left) ⢠Sets finished on the watch flow into your iPhone stats ā Statistics ⢠Swipe up from the main screen: daily, weekly, monthly ⢠The day timeline shows when you worked out as dots on a 24-hour axis, with arrows and a calendar for past days ⢠Weekly: reps by day plus a 7-day timeline. Monthly: reps by day and totals ⢠Swipe a record left to delete it, along with its Health workout ⢠Totals include exercise time, and every record can be exported as CSV ā Apple Health and Shortcuts ⢠Completed sets are saved to Apple Health as workouts (type and effort adjustable, or turn it off) ⢠With a watch on, the watch measures heart rate and active energy whichever device you start from ⢠The "Start Kegel Workout" action in Shortcuts starts from a Home Screen icon, Back Tap or Siri ⢠Run a shortcut after a completed set ā And more ⢠Light and dark themes, in-app language choice (ķźµģ“ Ā· English Ā· ę„ę¬čŖ) ⢠No account needed ā Works well with Haru Danim, a time and habit tracker from the same developer: workouts Keging saves to Apple Health count toward your Haru Danim exercise quests automatically. ā Privacy Keging collects no personal data. Every record stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch and is never sent to any server. Apple Health entries are written only if you allow it. A beep is fine at home. It is not fine on a gym floor at six in the morning, in a physiotherapy room, in a shared bedroom, or in an open-plan office. HapticRound is an interval timer for Apple Watch that never makes a sound, because there is no sound to make. The app has no audio code path at all. Every phase change arrives as a tap on your wrist instead, and each phase gets a different one, so you feel which phase you are now in rather than only that something changed. A DIFFERENT TAP FOR EACH PHASE Prepare, work, rest, done. Four boundaries, four distinct taps from the watch's own haptic vocabulary. One buzz is not the same as the next, so you can keep your eyes on what you are doing. BUILT ON THE WATCH Two to six phases, each with a name and a duration, set with the Digital Crown. There is no phone app to configure first, because there is no phone app. KEEPS RUNNING WITH YOUR WRIST DOWN Lower your arm and the screen dims. The routine keeps running and the taps keep arriving, for a routine of up to an hour. STILL READABLE WHILE DIMMED The Always-On display keeps the phase name and the time remaining on screen while your wrist is down, so what you can see always agrees with what you just felt. SILENT IS THE PRODUCT, NOT A SETTING There is no mute switch, because there is nothing to mute. Every other interval timer is sound-first and offers to be silenced, and silencing it takes the phase information with it: one vibration is the same as the next. This app starts from the other end. THE SAME APP WITHOUT HEARING If you are deaf or hard of hearing, a muted timer is not an accessible timer. It is a timer with its information removed. Here the silent version is the whole product. Phase identity travels on three independent channels at once, the tap, the name and a distinct symbol, and colour is a fourth that is never the only one. NOTHING LEAVES THE WATCH No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no ads, no analytics, and no network request of any kind. Your routines are stored on your watch and nowhere else. 39 LANGUAGES The interface follows your watch's language setting, with durations and counts formatted by the system for your locale. ACCESSIBILITY VoiceOver reads every control and every number the app exists to show. Dynamic Type is supported to AX3, the largest size watchOS offers. Reduce Motion is respected. HAPTICROUND UNLOCK (optional) The app is free and times a complete routine: one saved routine of up to four phases, with all four boundary taps. The unlock is a one-time purchase and not a subscription. - HapticRound Unlock, US$2.99, one time It adds unlimited saved routines, up to six phases in a routine, and a choice from the app's wider haptic palette for each phase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Requires Apple Watch. This is a watch-only app: nothing is installed on your iPhone.
