There is one spot in your home where everything stops working. The far bedroom. The kitchen table. The corner of the sofa where every call drops. You have probably blamed your provider, then your router, then yourself, and moved the box to a different shelf hoping something would change. WiFi Heatmap ends the guessing. Walk through your home with your iPhone or iPad and watch your rooms appear on the screen. Then watch your WiFi paint itself across them: green where it is strong, and unmistakably red where it dies. Not a number. Not a bar. A place you can walk to and point at. WHAT YOU SEE - Your own home, drawn from your own walls, not a stock diagram - Green where it works, red where it does not, in every room you walk - The exact spot your signal gives up, marked on the floor - Where to put a booster, and how much of the dead space it would rescue - A report you can hand to your landlord or your provider without explaining a thing WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT Other apps hand you a score and leave you to work out what to do with it. A score cannot tell you that the problem is the wall behind your bed. This shows you your home, and where in it the signal runs out. Suddenly the argument at home is over. It is not the laptop. It is not the phone. It is that corner, and now everyone can see it. YOUR HOME STAYS YOURS Every scan and every reading lives only on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account to make, no sign-up, and nothing about your home is ever uploaded. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Lifetime is a single payment. It never renews and never expires. Yearly renews automatically each year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. Measure and log the signal strength (RSSI) of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to, once every second. Use it to find the best spot for your router, to place an extender or mesh node, or to check why one room keeps dropping. WHAT YOU GET - Large RSSI readout in dBm, with signal quality (%) and a color-coded rating: Excellent / Good / Fair / Weak - Live signal graph (1 min / 5 min / all), with an adjustable reference line (default -67 dBm) - Roaming markers on the graph when you move to a different access point - Device info: IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS servers and supported Wi-Fi standards PRO (ONE-TIME PURCHASE) - Full details: BSSID, vendor, band and channel, Wi-Fi generation and standard, noise and SNR, Tx/Rx rate, average, min and max - Heatmaps: draw walls and labels on a photo of your floor plan or a blank grid, tap where you stand to take a reading, and see strong and weak areas in color. Save or share the result as an image - Save readings with a location note and compare them in History - Export time series and history as CSV BEFORE YOU START - Requires iOS 17 or later. Measurements use Apple's built-in Shortcuts app. Add the included shortcut from the button in the app - Only the Wi-Fi network you are currently connected to (one access point) can be measured. Because of iOS restrictions, the app cannot list nearby networks or survey channel usage - Keep the app on screen while measuring. Switching to another app stops the measurement PRIVACY All readings, floor plans and history stay on your iPhone. Nothing is sent anywhere, and there are no ads.
