Allergy Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
Allergy Tracker is a quick, private record of your allergy days: how you felt, what you were around, and, with Lifetime, a clear report to bring to your doctor. Pollen and weather apps show what was in the air. Allergy Tracker keeps your own record of how your allergies actually were, whether they come with the seasons or last all year. Check in with one tap. Open the app, answer βHow are your allergies?β and tap None, Mild, Moderate, Bad or Severe. Your check-in saves right away with the time. Log as often as your day changes, add a check-in for a day you missed, and turn on a single daily reminder if it helps. Add detail only when it helps. Mark common symptoms, note that you took medication, write a short note, or answer βWhat were you around?β with dust or cleaning, bedding, pets, mold or damp, laundry products, fragrance, smoke, being outdoors, mowing or yard work, a new product, or anything you add yourself. See your month at a glance. The calendar shades each day by its worst check-in, so bad stretches stand out. Tap a day to see exactly what you logged. History keeps every check-in in a list, with a 7-day summary once youβve logged a few. Take a record to your appointment with Lifetime. Allergy Tracker Lifetime is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It adds a doctor-ready PDF report for the last 30 days, 90 days or all time (days by severity, when your worse days happened, the exposures you recorded on those days, your most recorded symptoms, and every check-in with its notes), CSV export, and a 30-day summary. Share the report or print it. Check-ins, symptoms, exposures, the calendar, your full history, the 7-day summary, the reminder and iCloud sync all work without a purchase. Private by design. Your history stays on your iPhone and can stay up to date across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud account. The developer never sees it. No account, no ads, no tracking, no location access, and no pollen or air-quality service. Allergy Tracker is a personal record, not medical advice. It doesnβt diagnose, treat, predict, or tell you what causes your allergies. The report counts what you logged and leaves the interpretation to you and your doctor. Read full descriptionHide full description
Allergy & Trigger Diary is a calm, private place to log how you feel and find out what sets it off. Log a reaction in seconds: pick your symptoms, set the severity, tag the triggers you suspect, add a note, and attach a photo if it is something you want to show later. Over time the app turns those entries into plain answers about which triggers keep coming back, which days are worst, and how severe your reactions have been. Features: - Fast logging: record symptoms with mild, moderate or severe ratings, tag suspected triggers, add free notes, and attach a photo to any entry. - Searchable diary: find any entry by symptom, trigger or note, and browse your logs grouped by day with a weekly pattern strip. - Insights: see which weekdays you react most, your most frequent triggers, how often each symptom appeared, and overall reaction severity. - Flexible filters: view insights for today, this month, this year, or any single month you choose. - Calendar view: step through the month, see at a glance which days had reactions and how bad they were, and tap a day to read the entries behind it. - Your own lists: add custom triggers and symptoms, rename them, drag to reorder, and remove the ones you never use. - Custom icons: give every trigger and symptom an icon from the built in set or any emoji you like. - Reports for appointments: pick a date range, choose what to include, preview it, and share a clean summary as a PDF or CSV for your doctor, allergist or dietitian. - Backup and restore: export your entire diary as a JSON file and bring it back whenever you need it. - Daily reminder: an optional local notification at a time you choose, so a day never goes unlogged. - Made to feel calm: light and dark mode, accent colors you can change, optional haptics, and a layout that stays out of the way.
