Sort & Done!
Read full descriptionHide full description
Photos and PDFs, in the order you need. Keep unused pages as materials instead of deleting them. Sort & Done! imports photos, images, scans, PDFs, and supported documents as “pages.” Organize, edit, layer, and export them in one workspace on iPhone and iPad. Mix photos and PDFs in the same project, arrange them in the order you need, then export them as a PDF or images. ■ Separate output pages from materials Use the Edit Area for pages you want to export and the Materials Area for candidates, replacements, and pages you may need later. Pages in the Edit Area appear in the preview and export. Move pages between the two areas by dragging. Deleted pages move to Recently Deleted and can be restored until permanently removed. ■ Import supported content as pages • Photos and images • Camera scans • PDFs • DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX files • Text, CSV, JSON, HTML, and other supported documents DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and similar files are reconstructed as pages for reviewing and rearranging content. The original Microsoft Office layout may not be reproduced exactly. To preserve appearance, export the source as a PDF first, then import the PDF. ■ Organize pages with direct controls • Touch and hold to select • Drag to rearrange • Select and move multiple pages • Move pages between the Edit Area and Materials Area • Duplicate pages • Restore pages from Recently Deleted • Undo and redo • Create, organize, and search projects and folders ■ Adjust pages • Rotate and crop • Zoom and reposition • Color, grayscale, and black and white • Document enhancement • Paper size and placement adjustments Apply settings to individual pages or choose a color mode for every page when exporting. ■ Hide pages without deleting them Hidden pages remain in the project but are excluded from the preview and export. Make them visible again whenever needed. ■ Layer multiple pages Combine selected pages as layers on one sheet. Adjust each layer’s position, size, rotation, alignment, and visibility. Hidden layers remain in the composition but are excluded from export. ■ Export what you need • PDF • JPEG • PNG • Transparent PNG • Save to the photo library • iOS share sheet • Print Export all pages or selected pages in selection order. Options include image quality, size, output color, paper settings, and file names. ■ Use the AI service you choose Sort & Done! does not include a specific AI service or automatically send documents to an external AI service. On-device OCR can create an AI-ready PDF or text file containing page information. You choose where to share it through the iOS share sheet. An order returned by an external AI service is never applied automatically. The app checks session and page information, including duplicates and omissions. Pages are rearranged only when you choose to apply the returned order. ■ Local-first privacy • No account required • No ads • No behavioral tracking • No proprietary analytics SDK • No developer-operated document storage server • No automatic uploads to external AI services Projects, documents, pages, and OCR results are generally processed on the device. The app does not use a proprietary cloud synchronization service. Saved projects remain until you delete them or the app. ■ Every feature is free There are no ads, watermarks, page-count limits, subscriptions, or paid feature locks. Optional consumable support purchases are available. Purchases do not change features, storage, usage limits, or support priority, and do not renew automatically. ■ Available in 21 languages The app supports 21 languages, including Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, major European languages, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Thai, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. Arabic and Hebrew support right-to-left display. Page order and elements that should not be mirrored keep their original direction. Keep separate copies of important source files. After exporting, check the content, page order, image quality, paper settings, and file format.

Private Docs Vault is a local encrypted vault with no backdoor. Add photos, videos, PDFs or any file and it is encrypted immediately with AES-256-GCM. It opens only after Face ID / Touch ID plus the 6-digit vault PIN you choose. Fully offline No server, no uploads, no analytics, no ads or trackers. The only network use is App Store purchase verification, handled by iOS. Real encryption, not just hiding Every file is encrypted in chunks; file names and the index are encrypted too. The file key is protected by your recovery key plus your vault PIN together; the recovery key lives in the iOS Keychain and is released only by Face ID / Touch ID, never by the device passcode. Five wrong PINs in a row destroy everything. What you get • Add from Files or Photos; originals are never modified • Live Photos stay Live Photos: touch and hold to play, and save back to Photos with the motion • Built-in camera: photos and videos encrypted directly, never touching the photo library • Video streams while decrypting, PDF text search, Markdown reader • Folders, search, sorting, favorites and recents • Multiple vaults: different PINs open different vaults, and the app never reveals how many exist • Auto-lock delay, automatic blackout during screen recording and mirroring • Password-protected AES zips that open in 7-Zip and friends • Encrypted backups to Files or iCloud Drive • Share area (for your Mac): a clearly labelled UNENCRYPTED folder you drag files in and out of with Finder over a cable • Password list: encrypted, one-tap copy • Notes, PDF merge and split, duplicates • iPad split-view layout The free plan stores up to 50 files or 1 GB, whichever comes first. “No Storage Limit” is the only paid item: a one-time purchase that is yours forever. It removes the cap (files stay on your device, so free space is the real limit) and includes password zips, batch export, encrypted backups, the password list, PDF merge and split, and the Share area. No subscription, no auto-renewal; restore it for free on other devices with the same Apple Account. Optional “Support the developer” tips can be bought any number of times. They are just a thank-you and unlock nothing. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Important Setup gives you a recovery key. After switching phones, restoring a backup, changing Face ID or turning off the device passcode, that key plus your vault PIN brings the vault back. Forgetting your PIN, or losing both the recovery key and the phone, makes the content unrecoverable. That is by design: there is no backdoor. Make encrypted backups regularly.
