BRK Min
Read full descriptionHide full description
BRK Min is a focus-tracking tool that integrates timekeeping, duration, output, reasons, and environmental tags into a single work record. Upon completing a focus session, users input planned and actual minutes, recovery time, and output quantity versus targets; the app then calculates net focus time and output per hour of net focus. It presents duration, time loss, and completion rates using actual data with precise figures. Cash income and expenses are recorded in whole-unit increments and can be linked to focus sessions, though no arbitrary monetary value is assigned to the time itself. Reasons are aggregated by recovery minutes, and environmental tags are included in comparisons only after at least two recorded instances, with a disclaimer that correlation does not imply causation. Reports compare recent data—including duration, output, recovery costs, and goal completion—to provide evidence-based recommendations for future adjustments. All data and output images are stored locally on the device.
Cxecorem

Cxecorem consolidates project accounting, goal management, and delivery acceptance into a single record. Users define delivery objectives, deadlines, and budget allocations, distinguishing between mandatory requirements and optional enhancements, while assigning target quantities and priority levels to each criterion. The system tracks actual completion figures, allows for the addition of written observations or on-site photos, and formally records acceptance of the work following inspection. Status overlays visualize completion, evidence, and acceptance stages, clearly highlighting any unmet mandatory requirements. Completion rates are weighted, and optional enhancements are tracked separately so they do not mask shortfalls in mandatory criteria. A cash ledger records USD income and expenses by date, displaying net totals and remaining budget, though these financial figures do not factor into acceptance scoring. Once a delivery report is generated, users can review past assessments, outstanding items, and financial records; any subsequent modifications trigger a notification that the previous report is outdated. This system is ideal for item-by-item verification of actual work and for maintaining a documented basis for delivery acceptance decisions.
