HOLDe puts a real wall between you and the apps you keep reopening. Works on iPhone and iPad. Select apps and websites. Choose when they stay blocked. When you open a blocked app, Apple shows HOLDeโ€™s system shield. There is no Ignore Limit. A STRICT WALL โ€” NOT SCREEN TIME STATS โ€ข Real system blocking with Apple Screen Time โ€ข App and website blocking โ€ข Repeating schedules and temporary blocks โ€ข Focus sessions with a timer โ€ข Parent Mode on the childโ€™s iPhone or iPad (Family Sharing) โ€” not a remote lock from another device โ€ข Weekly HOLDe summaries from sessions you started โ€” not invented Screen Time HOLDe Pro unlocks the wall. You can authorize Screen Time and choose what to block without Pro. You cannot activate blocking until you subscribe or buy Lifetime. HOLDe Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Monthly includes a paid one-month introductory price for new subscribers, then the regular monthly price. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions. HOLDe does not claim medical outcomes, addiction treatment, or hours of life recovered. Weekly numbers are HOLDe session counts, not Apple Screen Time. Privacy: restrictions and focus data stay on your device. No account. No backend. Scrollr blocks the apps that eat your days โ€” social media, games, anything you pick. To reopen one, you do a habit. Thirty seconds. Then the door opens. Not a ban. A trade. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps to block. Pick your habits: translate a sentence, mental maths, two minutes of breathing, a photo of the dishes you just did, a memory game, a workout. Open Instagram: Scrollr asks for your habit of the moment. Do it, and the app unlocks for as long as you decided โ€” from 1 minute to 24 hours. WHAT MAKES SCROLLR DIFFERENT Photos are actually checked. A picture of your desk won't pass for a workout: the analysis runs on your phone, no image ever leaves it. Habits grow with you. Five difficulty levels: at level one you put two words back in order; at level five, a full eleven-word sentence. Your real hours, not an estimate. Scrollr reads your actual Screen Time and counts the hours you take back. A day only counts if you held your target until midnight. Every app can have its own habit. Snapchat opens only after your workout, if that's what you decide. 15 LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese. Scrollr uses Apple's Screen Time tools to block at the system level. No usage data is sent anywhere. Some features require a subscription. Verdict

The call

HOLDe and Scrollr are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters โ€” price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them โ€” neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
