VITA Fasting
Read full descriptionHide full description
If you'd like a small companion for intermittent fasting, meet Vity. It keeps the clock, tells you which stage of the fast you're in and what's happening in your body right then, with the source right underneath. Now you can tell Vity about your meals too. Snap your plate or describe it in a sentence; Vity works out an estimate, and you correct it and save it. It never puts you on a leaderboard. Skip a day and Vity won't sulk; it'll be waiting the next morning. And with every fast you finish, it grows a little. FREE • A timer that starts with one tap, showing elapsed or remaining time. • Eight stages from digestion to deep ketosis, each with its sources. • Nine plans from 12:12 to 24 hours. You choose when to start. • The timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. • Water tracking: you set the glass size and the goal. • Meals with Vity: take a photo, choose one from the gallery or describe it. You can also pick a meal from the list or type it in. • My day: a month calendar with each day's meals and total calories. Ask "How much protein did I have today?" and the answer comes from your own records. • Chat with Vity. Ask "I'm hungry, what should I do?" or "Can I have coffee?" and Vity answers from the articles in the app. • Three AI uses a day; photos, written meals and questions all count toward the same three. • Weight and BMI if you want them. You can add a goal weight too; the app never asks for one. • Reminders and quiet hours. • Five small tasks a day. They tick themselves off when you drink water or log a meal. • Sourced articles and recipes in everyday kitchen measures. • Fifty achievements. All of them reward showing up, none of them reward weight. • Dress Vity up: glasses, bow ties, scarves, necklaces. They unlock with achievements. • Share your own Vity to your Instagram story when you reach a goal or Vity grows. • In Turkish, English, German, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. VITA PLUS • No ads. While your VITA Plus membership is active, no banner, native, interstitial or rewarded ads are shown. • No daily limit on photos, written meals and questions with Vity. • Scan a barcode and the calories fill in. • Build your own plan. • Water and weight charts, weekly and monthly history. • Every article and the Plus recipes. • A suggested calorie target, worked out with a common formula. It is not a substitute for a dietitian's plan. • A medal ribbon for Vity. VITA Plus renews automatically at the end of the free trial on the plan you choose. Payment is taken from your Apple account when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings. ADS The free version shows non-personalized ads. There are no ads on the fasting screen, in the Vity chat, on payment screens or in Settings. YOUR DATA You sign in with Apple. Your records stay on your phone. If you like, you can turn on cloud backup in Settings and keep your devices in sync; turning it off deletes the cloud copy. Meal estimates and the Vity chat run on Google Gemini, and each asks for its own permission. Your Vity chat history is not stored. We don't send promotional notifications. VITA is for information only; it is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Vity is an AI, not a doctor or a dietitian. Stage names such as ketosis and autophagy are general information. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes or take medication that lowers blood sugar, have a history of eating disorders or live with an ongoing illness, talk to your doctor before fasting.
