Document a site visit with photos that keep the GPS location, date and time. Organize each job in a project, compare before and after, and send a PDF report with your business name and logo. ONE PURCHASE. THE COMPLETE APP. Camera, projects, notes, photo exports, PDF reports, CSV and backups are all included. No subscription, ads or account to create. CAPTURE THE PLACE See GPS accuracy before you take the photo. Fieldnote requires a fresh location reading and saves it at capture, alongside the date and time. Include altitude and compass bearing when your iPhone provides them. Use the framing grid, flash, tap-to-focus and the ultra-wide lens on supported iPhones. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL Keep one original in your local library. Export a copy with a clear location stamp, or share the original JPEG with GPS metadata. Your notes and project name remain editable; the recorded location and capture time stay unchanged. ORGANIZE THE WORK Group photos by project. Add the details you want to remember. Search projects and notes, browse your photos, or see their locations on a map. SHOW BEFORE AND AFTER Return to an earlier photo and use its translucent guide to match the framing. Capture the change, then slide between both visits. Keep each original and its own time and GPS readings. SEND A CLIENT REPORT Turn a project or selected photos into a PDF with your business name, logo, client and title. Include before-and-after comparisons, notes and capture details. Also export stamped JPEGs, originals or a CSV spreadsheet for Excel. Save through Files or share with installed apps. OPTIONAL PRIVATE iCLOUD BACKUP Enable automatic backup to your own iCloud, then restore on another iPhone using the same Apple Account. Originals, notes, comparisons and report branding are included. Uploads run while Fieldnote is open and resume when you return online. Uses your iCloud storage and may use cellular data. Check the backup status before changing phones. You can also export a Fieldnote archive containing your original photos, projects and notes. Restore it later, including Recently Deleted records. Restore can also repair missing or damaged originals from a valid archive. Local storage alone is not a separate backup. MADE FOR iPHONE A native iPhone interface with light and dark appearance, larger text, VoiceOver labels and support for Reduce Motion. Available in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Camera capture and your local library work without internet; GPS reception is still required. Map tiles need an internet connection. Photos stay on your device until you choose to share or back them up. Optional usage sharing sends basic actions, the day, app version and a random installation identifier to TMK. It starts turned off and does not include photos, GPS coordinates, notes or project names. You can change this in Settings. Feedback is sent by email after you review it. Requires iOS 18 or later. Portrait photos only. Device readings provide context, not certified or tamper-proof evidence. Fieldnote does not include video or team accounts. iCloud backup is optional and off by default. Every photo, proof of place. myGPS Map Camera stamps the location details that matter straight onto your photos — ready for site visits, inspections, deliveries, field reports and travel. Pick exactly what each job needs: coordinates, street address, Plus Code, map thumbnail, altitude, compass heading, GPS accuracy, date and time, and optional weather. Six stamp layouts take you from a detailed report panel to a compact ribbon that stays out of the way. The same GPS details are written into each photo's EXIF metadata, so the location travels with the file — not just in the picture. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU SAVE • Live preview of the exact stamp burned into the photo • Works in portrait and landscape • Compass heading measured along the camera lens, even when the phone is tilted MAKE IT YOURS • Decimal or degrees-minutes-seconds coordinates • Multiple date, time, time-zone and unit formats (metric or imperial) • Author name, note and hashtag fields on every stamp • Choose which fields appear and in what layout KEEP YOUR PHOTOS ORGANISED • In-app gallery grouped by day • Inspect each photo's location metadata • Share or delete one photo or many at once BUILT FOR EVERY SCREEN • Runs natively on iPhone and iPad • On iPad and other large screens, the gallery shows photos side by side with the one you're viewing, and Settings opens as a sidebar • Layouts adapt to Split View and folding screens PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your photos, notes and settings stay on your device • No account, no subscription, no ads • Location is used only while the app is open • Saving to Photos is add-only — the app never reads your existing library Optional extras: weather readings using your own free OpenWeatherMap key, and occasional notifications you can switch off any time in Settings. Camera and location access are required to create a geotagged photo. Photo library access is optional and used only to save a copy to Photos. An internet connection is needed for the street address, map and weather; coordinates, Plus Code and compass work offline.
