SigXFlow

SigXFlow integrates task execution and daily expense tracking into a single workflow log. Users input the date, planned quantity, actual completed quantity, and difficulty level for each task; the app calculates an execution score based on difficulty weighting and displays the remaining quantity, providing a clear basis for assessing progress. Incomplete work can be categorized by reasons such as insufficient time, waiting on others, missing information, or excessive scope, facilitating reviews for future planning. The trends page displays only dates with scheduled plans, avoiding the artificial inflation of performance metrics with blank days. Monthly reports summarize planned versus completed quantities, execution scores, reasons for incompletion, and income/expenses; historical reports are automatically recalculated if difficulty weightings are adjusted. Expense tracking supports details such as amount, category, date, and notes, as well as linking expenses to specific tasks, ensuring that financial data does not affect execution scores.

Bko Pro consolidates data on revenue, costs, output volume, and quality for each production run, providing a clear view of what was produced, the net outcome, and how to plan the next cycle. By recording start and end dates, output types, and the number of non-conforming units, you can track batch net revenue, profit margins, and the cost per conforming unit. A stability calculator assesses fluctuations based on daily conforming output volumes, displaying sample sizes and calculation parameters. Line charts visualize output trends, bar charts show recent weekly completion rates, and pie charts compare batch counts or conforming volumes across different output types. Once target quantities and quality tolerance thresholds are set, the system calculates and saves completion cycles, allowing you to review start and end dates, quality checkpoints, and deviation insights.
