Stack is a project planner built the way a Mac app should be. Lay work out on boards, see the same work on a calendar, and watch it run on a timeline โ€” on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with everything synced privately through your own iCloud. BOARDS THAT MOVE Lists and tasks you can drag anywhere. Colour-coded labels, cover images, checklists, due dates, priorities, attachments and comments. Give a board a key and every task gets a number you can quote โ€” HRB-14. THREE WAYS TO SEE THE SAME WORK Columns when you are running the work. One long list when you are working through it. A month calendar when you need to know what lands when โ€” and a timeline of lanes and bars when you need to see the whole project at once. PLAN ITEMS, NOT JUST TASKS "Design freeze". "Launch". Dates a project has to remember that are nobody's to-do. They sit on the calendar and the timeline beside the work without pretending to be tasks. TODAY, THIS WEEK, FLAGGED Saved views that cut across every board, so you can start the day in one place instead of opening four boards to find out what is due. FIND ANYTHING Full-text search across every board โ€” titles, descriptions, checklists and attachment names โ€” with the board and list each result came from. SHARE A BOARD Invite someone with a link. They see your board, you see their edits, and it all runs on iCloud sharing. No accounts to create, no seats to buy. EVERYWHERE YOU WORK Quick add from anywhere. A menu bar item on Mac. A share extension so anything you are looking at can become a task. A home-screen widget for what is due today. Shortcuts and Siri support for the rest. WORKS OFFLINE, ALWAYS Every read and every write happens on your device first. Sync catches up when the network does. A plane, a basement, a bad hotel โ€” the app does not care. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No server. No tracking. No ads. Your boards live on your device and sync through your personal iCloud โ€” nobody else can see them, including us. Free, with no subscription and nothing to unlock. Built natively for iPhone, iPad and Mac, localized into six languages, and designed to feel at home on every screen size.

Plan the work. Keep the details close. GreenDay brings tasks, calendars, rich notes, and Pomodoro focus together. This version is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. YOUR PLAN FOR TODAY Choose tasks with the Today sun button. Unfinished choices stay on Today until you complete or remove them. Keep final deadlines separate and use Upcoming to see what is approaching. LISTS, TAGS, AND BOARDS Organize projects with nested lists, customizable colors, and distinct icons. Connect topics with tags and switch between lists and kanban boards. Workflow status and task completion remain separate so your plan can fit your work. NOTES BESIDE EACH TASK Write Markdown, checklists, tables, and links. Add images and documents, or render inline and display LaTeX equations. Open checkboxes gathers unfinished steps from active tasks so small actions are easy to find. CALENDARS AND WORK SESSIONS See task deadlines in Month, Week, and Day. With your permission, connect calendars already configured in Apple Calendar, including iCloud and Google accounts. Link tasks to events or plan a work session without changing the task's deadline. Calendar access is optional. FREE POMODORO FOCUS Start a focus session from the green play button beside a task. Adjust focus and break durations, pause when needed, and switch tasks as your work changes. Review recorded time in task details and see focus sessions on Calendar. Reminder sounds and notifications are optional. The active timer stays on its starting device; recorded sessions sync with your task history. FREE CLOUD SYNC, AVAILABLE OFFLINE Sign in or create a GreenDay account to use the app. Sync tasks, notes, attachments, and recorded focus history across your devices. Changes save locally first, and signed-in workspaces remain available offline. Reopening the app checks for missed updates. Manage sign-in, password recovery, sign-out, and account deletion in the app. No separate cloud-drive account or folder setup is needed. A CLEARER WORKSPACE Refined spacing, aligned task controls, and readable Korean and English typography help keep tasks and notes comfortable to scan. No advertising or analytics SDK is included. Account and sync data are processed by GreenDay's service on Google Cloud. The privacy policy explains collection and deletion.
