Every pitch is a guessing game. The pitcher picks a location and a pitch. The batter picks what he is sitting on. Guess wrong and you wave at air. Guess right and the ball leaves the park. There is no math to work out. You only choose where to throw and what to look for. You do not need to know baseball. There is nothing to memorize, and the screen explains whatever you need at the moment you need it. What it will not do is make the call for you. At every turning point, that one is yours. [ Your own club, from nothing ] Pick a club name and a team color and found it. Everyone starts with the same roster strength. From here it comes down to who you develop and who you go out and get. [ Players grow, and players break down ] Players improve every game they play. The ones with high potential go further. A player short on stamina, or stuck with a bad day, will not give you what he is worth. How you run the lineup and the rotation is the difference in the standings. Injuries happen. Overwork a man and you pay for it. Every position has its own mastery. Move someone off his spot and the defense wobbles. [ League, Exhibition, Challengers League ] League play runs four games a day. Win and you bank points toward promotion. Fall behind and you drop a division. There are seven, and Division 1 is the top. Exhibitions never touch your record. That is where a new lineup gets a tryout. The Challengers League hands you an all-amateur roster and asks you to win with it. Earn promotion there and you bring one of them back to the big club. [ Market and Scouting Academy ] Buy and sell players on the market. Turning what you have spare into what you are missing is its own skill. Prospects arrive at the academy on a timer. You can sign one of the three. Take the man who helps today, or the one who pays off a few seasons out. [ The big moments, you watch ] Bases loaded, tied game, bottom of the ninth. When the game turns, it does not just hand you the result. It shows you. [ What we promise about money ] There is nothing in this game you can pay to win. - Gold, the in-game currency, is not for sale. You earn Gold by playing. - We do not sell players, upgrades, or loot boxes. Nothing that touches your roster strength. - There is one purchase in the whole app: Remove Ads. Buy it once and it is done. It is not a subscription. - Removing ads changes nothing about your team. You just stop seeing ads. Ads run before the first and third league game of the day. Twice a day. They never cut in without asking first. [ Account and data ] Sign in with Google and your club is saved on our servers. Change phones and pick up where you left off. You can delete your account and your data from inside the app. [ Contact ] Limetown Company cs@limetown.kr

Were you right about him? The next three games will tell. Baseball Scout Notes is a pixel-art baseball management sim where you run a scouting agency, not a team. Take requests from clubs, watch league games, size up players and recommend them in a scout report. Then the league grades your call by how he actually plays for his new team. ā–  Request → Scout → Report Clubs set the brief: position (pitcher, catcher, infielder or outfielder), age, a key attribute such as "Power 65+", and a target game rating. Each round, send your scouts to watch league games. Contact, power, speed, fielding and pitching are revealed as far as each scout's accuracy allows; anything still unknown shows as ??. File your report with a predicted game rating and a grade from C to S. ā–  Three games to prove it Once the club signs your player, your report is graded on his average rating over his next 3 games for his new team. Hits raise your reputation, and hit streaks build it faster. Misses cost you, and the higher the grade you gave, the more it hurts. When your pick performs, a bonus lands on top. ā–  A living baseball world Three fictional leagues (regional, continental and global) play nine-inning games every round, with live standings by wins and a champion crowned each season. Replay every scoring play, extra-inning walk-offs included, on the game screen. Offseason and in-season trade windows bring a rush of requests. Three rival scouting agencies bid for the same jobs, and the better your reputation, the better your odds. In season 4, a data giant raises its license fees. ā–  Grow your agency Hire and train scouts. Expand your office through levels 1 to 4 for more desks, more requests and sharper accuracy. Buy public data licenses or research your own metrics: public data leads everyone to the same conclusions, so your proprietary metrics are your edge. Sign young prospects to agency contracts and earn commission every round and on every transfer. ā–  Your pixel office Your scouts sit at their desks while the wall TV shows the latest game, and the office changes as your company grows. If you like baseball games and tycoon games, this is a management sim built around one skill: judging talent. ā–  Before you start Ā· 5-season campaign, 3 save slots Ā· Playable without an internet connection Ā· No in-app purchases Ā· No account or login — your saves stay on your device Ā· Korean and English Ā· All leagues, clubs and players are fictional Privacy policy: https://baseballscoutnotes.sanglimsoft.com/privacy/ Support: https://baseballscoutnotes.sanglimsoft.com/support/
