Video Workouts
Read full descriptionHide full description
Clipset turns the videos you already film in the gym into a personal exercise library, and then into workouts you can actually train with. IMPORT AND TRIM Pick a video from your phone, trim it to the working set, name the exercise and set the muscle group. Speed, loop, sound and crop are one tap away. The clip lands in your library with a clean cover. BUILD WORKOUTS Arrange exercises into workouts with sets, reps, weight and rest, and plan your week. The Today tab shows what is on for today and nothing else. TRAIN WITH YOUR OWN VIDEO During a session the clip plays on top, sets are ticked off below, and the rest timer counts down with a sound and vibration when it ends. Drag the timer if you need more or less rest. SEND PROGRAMS TO CLIENTS Coaches pack a workout with its videos into a single .clipset file and send it through Telegram, AirDrop or Files. The pack is signed and encrypted, can expire on a date you choose and can be locked to one recipient. Clients open it in Clipset and train, with no account on either side. SEE PROGRESS A streak, monthly totals, activity chart, muscle split and personal records live in your profile. Take one photo a day in the same pose and Clipset turns them into a timelapse of how your body changes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no sign-up and no server. Clips, workouts, history and photos are stored only on your iPhone. Export a backup whenever you like. CLIPSET PRO The free version includes 12 clips, 2 workouts and 1 shared pack. Clipset Pro removes the limits and unlocks full statistics, progress photos and timelapse video, pack expiry and recipient lock. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
