Sipscroll vs App Blocker

Sipscroll — the app that makes you drink water before you scroll. Stuck in a scroll loop? Sipscroll locks the apps that eat your day — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, whatever gets you — until you do one simple thing: drink a glass of water. No excuses, no self-reporting. Every glass is verified by photo, so the only way back into your apps is to actually hydrate. HOW IT WORKS Pick the apps you want to lock. Set your daily water goal. Drink a glass, snap a photo, and unlock scroll time — instantly. Hit your full daily goal and your apps stay unlocked for the rest of the day. When your earned time runs out, they lock again until your next glass. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • Real verification — every photo is checked, not just tapped away • Earn, don't just track — scroll time is the reward, not a stat nobody looks at • Straight from the block screen — tap "Open Sipscroll" the moment an app locks, and go right to the camera • Streaks & weekly progress — watch the habit build, day by day • Tamper-resistant — turning back your clock won't trick it BUILT FOR PRIVACY No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Your photo is checked and immediately discarded — we never store it, and your hydration data never leaves your phone. Sipscroll requires an active subscription. Pricing and terms are shown before you buy. Small steps, big changes. Start with one glass. Terms of use: https://dekoline.app/terms

Hold blocks the apps you choose, on a schedule or the moment you decide. Pick the days and the hours. When one of those apps opens, Hold puts a block screen in front of it. If breaks are allowed, you wait, then choose how long to step away from the block. In hard mode there are no breaks until the block ends. One emergency pass each week opens your apps for an hour. • Block now, for a timer you set • A repeating schedule for the days and hours you pick • Breaks you choose, or no breaks at all • Apps and sites, through Apple Screen Time • One emergency pass a week The apps you pick stay on your iPhone. Hold uses Screen Time only to show the block. https://everlinetechnologies.com/privacy-policy.html
