URun turns your wrist into a clear, glanceable running dashboard: big live numbers, color-coded pace and heart rate, and finish-time predictions from 5K to the marathon. Four ways to run • Outdoor: GPS route, with distance and pace calculated from GPS • Treadmill: indoor runs, no GPS needed • Intervals: custom run and recovery segments by distance or time, sets, target pace range and run:rest ratio. Works outdoors or on the treadmill, with voice and haptic cues for every set and a 10-second countdown • Trail: full route and elevation gain, with barometric altitude Read it at a glance • Current pace, heart rate, distance, cadence, average pace and time on one screen, with numbers that fill the card so you can read them mid-stride • Pace changes color against your target: green on target, orange a little slow, red too slow • Heart rate is colored by zone, with Z1–Z5 and zone names Before you head out • The home screen shows your city, weather, humidity and PM2.5, plus a quick call on whether it's a good time to run outside • Air quality is rated by your local standard: US AQI, European EAQI or China HJ 633 • A pre-run check confirms Health, route and location permissions and a GPS fix, so no part of your route goes missing • Backgrounds change with the time of day Finish-time predictions • Predictions step up as you go: 5K → 10K → half marathon → marathon → 100K • Set a goal time to see the pace you need and whether you're ahead or behind • Set a distance goal and get a tap, a voice alert and confetti when you reach it Running form • A second page shows power, stride length, vertical oscillation, ground contact time, elevation gain and calories Training and alerts • Spoken 3-2-1 countdown; auto and manual laps, with a tap and a voice announcement every lap • Optional auto-pause and cadence metronome • A reminder if you forget to end your workout • If the app gets interrupted, your workout picks up right where it left off • Confirm before saving, or discard the run After the run • A summary with your route colored by pace and your key numbers Miles or kilometers, in your language • Miles, min/mi pace, °F, feet and mph, or kilometers and °C. Set automatically for your region, switchable anytime • Fully localized, with voice prompts in English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean, German, French and Spanish • Layouts fit every watch size from 40 to 49 mm Built on Apple Health • Workouts, heart rate and routes are saved to Apple Health in the standard format, so they show up in the Fitness app and in other health apps you allow • Export any run as GPX • No account. IntervalRunner

Run every interval exactly as planned. IntervalRunner checks your pace against your target and tells you the moment you drift — by voice, by tone and with a tap on your wrist — so you never have to look at the screen. ALERTS YOU CAN TRUST • Smoothed pace instead of jumpy GPS, with a tolerance band you choose • Different tones and haptics for too fast and too slow • Natural AI-generated voice cues that lower your music and keep working with the screen locked BUILD ANY INTERVAL • Time or distance steps with a target pace or speed • 7 ready-to-run presets: walk-run starter, 1 min fast / 1 min easy, 400 m and 800 m repeats, tempo, slow running and Zone 2 (Zone 2 with Pro) • Three count modes: start when you reach target pace, count only while on target, or count right away • Auto-pause per workout, km or miles, pace or speed WITH OR WITHOUT APPLE WATCH With Apple Watch, the watch measures and taps your wrist while iPhone shows the numbers and speaks. No watch? Run with iPhone alone — or with just the watch. Treadmill mode needs no GPS: run on time at the speed you set on the machine, then confirm the distance from its display. After each run, see target vs. actual for every step. Workouts are saved to Apple Health. SHARE SHOTS Turn any run into a photo, video or Live Photo with your stats — free. • Your own photo or video (up to 15 s) or one of 8 designed themes (4 free), with stickers and text in 13 fonts • Count-up video: your numbers roll up from zero to the final result FREE Everything you need to run: the builder, presets, all alerts and count modes, treadmill mode, unlimited history, Apple Health, Live Activity, GPX/JSON export and 3 saved workouts of your own. Step analysis is open for your first two runs. INTERVALRUNNER PRO • Step analysis, trends and personal bests • Heart-rate zone targets, and recovery that ends when your heart rate drops • Unlimited saved workouts and folders • Nested repeats and ladder, pyramid and Yasso 800 generators • Per-second CSV export • 4 premium themes and 3 premium templates (Gradient, Big route, Titanium) for share shots, plus logo-free share shots Heart-rate features need Apple Watch or a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor.
