FODMAP Tracker helps people following the low-FODMAP diet log their meals and symptoms, and spot โ with their dietitian โ the foods that seem to bother them. โข Log a meal by photo, description, barcode, ingredient label or manually. Sauces are broken down into their likely ingredients. โข A few hours later, a reminder asks how you feel: pain, bloating, gas, Bristol stool scale. โข The dashboard shows associations between foods and symptoms, with an adjusted model that accounts for other foods and stress. โข Guided reintroduction, one FODMAP category at a time. โข 400+ foods with low-FODMAP servings from open, cited sources. โข PDF report and spreadsheet for your doctor or dietitian. โข Your journal stays on your iPhone. Optional Face ID lock. โข Free: grocery scanner ("OK for you?"), your personal safe meals, SOS crisis mode, 2-minute breathing, reminders for meals and medication, simple mode, and a playful kid mode with a baby dragon, managed by the parent. FODMAP+ (optional subscription, one plan for the whole family on the device, 7-day free trial): meal analysis by Gemini on every iPhone; restaurant menu check (the safest dishes for you and what to ask); a week of meals with a grocery list; recipes, and your own recipes adapted to low FODMAP; a personalized review of grocery products; your FODMAP budget of the day; a guided gut-brain program; a monthly summary written on your iPhone; and a guided reintroduction plan. Keel
Read full descriptionHide full description
Keel is an ADHD toolkit for adults who already have the diagnosis. Doses, side effects, hyperfocus, and the hard moments live in one place on your iPhone. See when a medicine is kicking in and wearing off. Log what your body does on that dose. Notice a long hyperfocus stretch. Work through a spike in a private journal. Export a summary when a clinician, HR, or school needs one. Medication Log a dose and Keel draws an estimated curve for the day: rising, peak, and wear-off. The timing starts from the medicine you take. Change it if your body disagrees. The curve is an estimate you can show someone. It is not medical advice. Side effects Check in on appetite, sleep, mood, and whatever else you notice. A few days in, trends sit next to the dose, so the next appointment starts from a record. Hyperfocus Keel can notice a long stretch in one app and ask whether you want a break. It uses Screen Time and motion on this iPhone. It does not read what you typed, watched, or wrote. Hard moments A short journal for the spike. How big it feels, where you feel it, and what else might be true. Keel looks for a pattern with the time of day and your doses after a few entries. Paperwork Build a treatment summary, a workplace accommodation note, or a school support page. You pick the audience and what is included. Medication names stay in the clinician version. On this iPhone Keel has no account. Your doses, check-ins, and journal stay on the phone. Nothing is sent unless you export it. Not medicated right now? Skip the dose log. Hyperfocus, the journal, and your records still work. Keel does not diagnose ADHD, prescribe medicine, or replace your clinician. Verdict
The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Keel at 17.0 against FODMAP's 26.1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FODMAP sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Keel sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
