Fit is a workout diary where you jot down what you did today in one line. No sets, no weights, no GPS. Pick an activity and a duration, and your week and your year fill in. - Any activity Jiu-jitsu, boxing, running, swimming, cycling, gym, circuit training, home workouts. Keep only the ones you do and add your own. Running can carry distance, and jiu-jitsu can carry sparring rounds. - Two taps Tap an activity and last time's duration is already filled in. Just tap Save. Tap the Last time line to fill in the same intensity, distance, and rounds too. You can also log yesterday or last week by picking the date. - Days per week Your weekly goal counts the days you worked out. Fit shows how many weeks in a row you met it. A week still in progress never counts against you. - Rest days and rest weeks Rest days get their own mark in the calendar. If you take a week off for travel or an injury, mark it as a rest week and it is skipped, so your run of weeks carries on. - Calendar and year Each day in the month calendar shows the activity you did as a symbol. The last year fits on one screen. Share this week, this month, or the past year as a card. - Find past workouts Search every workout you logged by note or activity name, including activities you've hidden. - Widgets See how many times you worked out this week on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. The medium widget with this week and the last 4 weeks is part of Fit Pro. - Yours, on this device No account, no ads. Your log stays on your device and in your device backup. Export it to a file and import it back anytime. - Fit Pro Logging workouts, activities, the weekly goal, rest days and rest weeks, the calendar, share cards, this month's summary, the log by activity and search, the small and Lock Screen widgets, reminders, and export and import are free. There is no limit on how much you log. Fit Pro (optional purchase: monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime) adds past months in Review (active days and totals by activity), Year in Review (a year's active days, totals by activity, and sessions per month as bars), Trends by Activity (sessions per month as bars), Personal Bests by Activity (longest time, longest distance, and most rounds, with dates), and the medium widget. Fit does not record sets or weights. You can put those in the note. Fit doesn't give medical advice.
