GymSet AI
Read full descriptionHide full description
GymSet AI is a strength training log with 7-day battles against a friend or a randomly matched opponent. Train, post a proof photo, and get a score each day from your sets and cardio minutes. The higher 7-day total wins. LOG YOUR WORKOUTS • Start from the sample plan or build your own weeks, training days and exercises. • Check off sets, pre-filled from last time. kg or lbs, plus cardio. • Rest timer after each set. Personal records flagged as you go. • Progress charts, week streak, weekly recap. NEXT-SESSION WEIGHT SUGGESTIONS • A suggested weight and reps for next time, with the reason. • Worked out on your phone from your last session using fixed rules. Nothing is sent to an outside AI service. 7-DAY BATTLES • Friend room: send a friend your invite code. It starts the day after they join. • Random match: get paired with another user in the queue, usually someone you don't know. It starts the day after you're matched. • Every battle is 7 days. The higher total score wins; equal totals are a draw. Finish a workout, then check in with a photo. • The formula is public. Daily score with a check-in: 10 + 40 × (1 − 0.5^(n ÷ 20)) − max(0, n − 50), minimum −20, where n = sets done that day + cardio minutes ÷ 3. It is highest at n = 50 (42.9); beyond that, more sets lower your score. No check-in, or a rejected check-in: −10. • You log and report the sets and cardio minutes yourself. Your opponent sees your daily sets, cardio minutes, score and photo. • Trained but forgot to check in? Submit it by 4:00 AM the next day, or that day scores −10. • Think a check-in doesn't count? Reject it before 12:00 PM the next day, and that day scores −10 for your opponent. A rejection can't be undone. • For cardio, photograph the time or distance screen, not a route map. • Only the players in a battle can see the photos. A randomly matched opponent sees your nickname and check-in photos too. • Report or block an opponent from the battle screen. Once blocked, the two of you won't be matched again. GROUP ROOMS • Beyond 1v1: team battles (2v2, 3v3, 5v5) or ranking rooms of 3 to 10 players. Same 7 days, same formula. • In group rooms, rejecting a check-in is a vote: 3 votes per person per room, it takes effect once enough votes are in, and a vote can't be taken back. RANKS • Random battles (1v1, random team battles, random ranking rooms) build your rank: Newbie, Gym Rat, Grinder, Swole, Beast, Juggernaut, and Gym God at the top. Your first 2 battles are placement matches. • Matching favors players near your tier and widens the longer you wait. Friend rooms don't count toward rank. In 1v1, rank isn't just wins: score margin and opponent strength matter too. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) • Turn on Sync to Apple Health in Profile to save each finished workout as a strength training session (off by default). • Import cardio from the Health app on the workout screen. Only the workout you pick is added. ALSO • Workouts sync to your account and can be logged offline. • Daily check-in reminder. • Available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. • No ads, no cross-app tracking. • Requires an email, Apple or Google account, which you can delete in the app. Friend battles count days in the creator's phone time zone. Random 1v1 only pairs players within 3 hours of each other and uses the time zone of whoever queued first.
Pedometer

Pedometer counts your steps, distance, and flights climbed, and shows them as plain numbers and charts. It reads Apple Health, so if you wear an Apple Watch, its steps are included. TODAY Your steps against your goal, with what is left to go. Distance and flights climbed against their goals, with active energy and walking speed beside them. A chart shows today hour by hour, next to a usual day. GOALS Set a daily goal for steps, distance, and flights climbed. They start at 10,000 steps, 8 km or 5 miles, and 10 flights. HISTORY One chart per number, for the last week, month, or year. Each shows the daily average and how it compares with the period before. Touch a chart to read a single day, or a single week in the year view. Records show your step totals for every month and year, and your best day, week and month for steps, flights climbed and walking speed. WALKS AND RUNS Record a walk or run with GPS. The map keeps you in the middle and draws your route, with your time, distance, speed or pace, calories, elevation and climb. With AirPods Pro 3, Powerbeats Pro 2 or a Bluetooth heart rate strap, your heart rate shows live too (iOS 26). While you go, the numbers stay on the Lock Screen with a pause button. Each walk is saved to Apple Health with its route, and you can share a picture of it with the map and your numbers. WIDGETS • Lock Screen: steps and distance, each inside a ring that closes at your goal, and flights climbed, with a little figure that climbs a staircase to your goal. Above your steps, a figure goes from walking to running as you near your goal. • Home Screen: the same card as the app, small, medium or large. The large size adds today hour by hour. Touch and hold the widget to make it light or dark, or to show the steps alone. NO APPLE WATCH REQUIRED Your iPhone counts your steps on its own. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Reads Apple Health, and writes to it only the walks and runs you record. • Your location is used only while you record, and stays on your iPhone. • Everything is counted and stored on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. • No account, no analytics, no tracking. Pedometer is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
