Shihab AI vs Mixin

Shihab brings your favorite restaurants together in one app: browse the full menu with photos and prices, order for delivery or pickup, and follow your order every step of the way. Got a question? The restaurant's AI assistant answers right away. For customers • See which restaurants are open right now, and how long delivery and pickup take. • Full menus with photos and prices, category tabs that follow you as you scroll, and menu search. • Make it yours: size, extras, spice level and a note for the kitchen. • Delivery to your area or pickup from the branch, now or at a time you choose. • The restaurant calculates your total and delivery fee before you confirm, so there are no surprises. • Track your order live: received, being prepared, on the way, delivered. • Ask the restaurant's assistant about the menu, offers and delivery areas, and get a person from the restaurant whenever you need one. • No account, no password: open the app and order. Your cart and your orders stay saved on your phone. For restaurant teams If your restaurant works with Shihab, sign in with the account your restaurant creates for you and run the whole day from your phone: • Home: today's orders, sales and conversations, a 7-day chart, and everything that needs attention. • Orders: every detail, the items, the customer's phone, the address or branch, and change the status with a tap. • Inbox: Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and web chat in one place. Reply yourself, or pause the assistant in any conversation and turn it back on when you like. • Menu: sold out of something? Switch it off with a tap and back on when it's ready. • Stop taking orders until a time you choose; ordering turns back on by itself. • An instant notification for every new order and every customer who needs a person. • Roles for owners, managers, staff and support, each seeing what's theirs. • More than one restaurant? Switch between them in a tap. Your privacy No ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics. Details: shihab.co.uk/privacy Help: support@shihab.co.uk
