NotiVault vs NotiKeep

Swiped away. Still here. NotiVault keeps new notification text that you forward through Apple’s Shortcuts app. Read important information later, find it with search and keep track of unfinished tasks. FIND AND ORGANIZE • Local notification history with no artificial time limit • Search text, titles, subtitles and source apps • Filter by source app, status and save date, including a custom date range • View unread notifications directly in the inbox • Swipe to change read/unread status • Copy notification text directly • Group entries by app • Favorites, read and done status • Delete entries • Select multiple shown entries to mark read/unread or done/open, add or remove favorites, and delete after confirmation • Neutral app symbols with app names • Improved readability with larger text and clearer VoiceOver descriptions • Suggest missing neutral symbols with an optional support email draft • Language selection: German, English or iPhone language • Open settings from the gear in Inbox, Apps and Search • Find help, privacy, the website, a feedback page and optional support email in one place SET UP ONCE A Shortcuts template includes the notification trigger and NotiVault save action. Choose your apps first; the template has no preselected apps. Setup shows the last saved real entry and helps you test capture with a new notification. Troubleshooting steps are available if no new notification arrives. Your existing automation continues working with regular app updates. YOUR NOTIFICATIONS STAY LOCAL No account, no ads, no tracking and no cloud service of our own. Neutral symbols are created locally on your iPhone; no data is transmitted for them. Depending on your settings, iOS may include app data in a device backup. BEFORE YOU START NotiVault requires iOS 27 or later and a configured Shortcuts automation. It only captures new notifications forwarded by your automation. Earlier notifications cannot be imported from Notification Center. Available fields depend on the source app and automation. Photos and audio files are not archived; their notification text can be saved. After restarting your device, unlock the iPhone once before capture can resume. All features in this version are free.

A message was deleted or edited? Text that already arrived and was saved stays on your iPhone. NotiKeep lets you read notification text without opening the source app. DELETED AND EDITED MESSAGES Keep text from before a message was deleted or changed. If an edit creates another notification, it can be saved as a separate entry. Edited and deleted labels are manual; the original saved text is preserved. READ WITHOUT OPENING THE CONVERSATION Browse your saved notifications in NotiKeep without opening the messaging app or sending a read receipt through it. YOUR LATEST MESSAGE, ONE TAP AWAY — PRO Show Latest Notification brings back your latest saved message in a NotiKeep notification. Add its separate shortcut from Settings, then use the Action Button, Back Tap or Siri. Shaking the iPhone while NotiKeep is open also opens the latest conversation with Pro. FIND WHAT YOU NEED Organize by app and conversation and search words without worrying about accents. Pro adds favorites, a calendar and advanced filters by app, conversation and date. PRIVATE CONTENT, ON YOUR IPHONE Notification contents stay on your device. No account and no ads. Turn on Face ID or passcode protection, choose how long to keep your history and ignore conversations you do not want to save. Optional usage analytics never includes messages, names or search terms. FREE AND PRO Free lets you read one source app with no time limit. Other apps can still be captured, but their contents stay locked. Pro unlocks all apps, the latest notification shortcut, favorites, advanced filters and CSV/PDF export while subscribed. JSON export is free. Monthly and annual plans include a seven-day trial for eligible Apple accounts. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in iPhone Settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase or when the free trial ends, if applicable. SETUP AND LIMITS Requires iOS 27 or later and a personal automation in Shortcuts. The tutorial helps you add the capture shortcut and enable its automation. Only notification text received after setup can be saved. NotiKeep cannot recover old messages or archive photos, videos or audio. It does not automatically detect edits or deletions. Hidden previews and conversations that do not generate notifications may not provide text.
