Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Aywa! at 100% against Roya TV's 24%. Aywa! also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.0) and ads (none vs shown). Roya TV's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (156 vs 25). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Roya TV sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Aywa! sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Aywa! holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Roya TV has 156 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 24% of Roya TV's written reviews are positive against 100% of Aywa!'s.
Roya TV ships an update every 3 days, Aywa! every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
