Steal from strangers. Steal from friends. Steal in a school, at work, on a plane or deep beneath the earth's surface. The important thing is to steal *before* you're stolen from. ...Hopefully it's obvious but you aren't stealing real money. Everyone starts with $1000 and then it's up to you to steal the rest. PKPKT does the hard work of finding other players by detecting them using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in the background. You do not need a data connection. It's completely off the grid. The point of the game is to collect the most money (duh), but once the initial theft occurs, you can chat with your opponent by sending messages over bluetooth. These messages are completely private as they are not stored on any server. "PKPKT is one of the first games to really take advantage of [Bluetooth Low Energy] technology in a natural way." - The Verge "This game turns Bluetooth into a high-stakes stealing match." - GigaOm

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: PKPKT at none against Pixel Fps 2's shown. PKPKT also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PKPKT sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Pixel Fps 2 sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
PKPKT holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 35 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of PKPKT's written reviews are positive against 79% of Pixel Fps 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PKPKT ships an update every 2 weeks, Pixel Fps 2 every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
