Legend tells of a dark cave with hidden gold. But beware! The hungry Wumpus lurks within the cave, as do bottomless pits cloaked in darkness. Can you guide our courageous hero safely through the cave and retrieve the gold? The Wumpus World game was originally designed to test the intelligence of computer players, but is challenging for humans as well. Test your skills against larger and larger worlds, avoid the perils within, and emerge victorious with riches galore.
Poink!
Experience a classic arcade-style game where the objective is to destroy a wall. Unlike traditional brick-breaking games, the bricks here serve as obstacles to overcome. This version is a faithful demake of an early computer game, developed entirely on mobile devices.

A breakout game where you don't have to break the bricks. The goal is to destroy the wall and the bricks are here to prevent doing it. It's a demake of the classic breakout game Poing, made by Paul van der Valk between 1992 and 2002. My demake has been developed entirely on iPad using the excellent app Lowres NX by Timo "Inutilis" Kloss, available on the app store for iPad and iPhone.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Poink! at 5.0 against WumpusWorld's 3.9. Poink! also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 27 months). WumpusWorld's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
