Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Entertain DC at 5.0 against Slidezilla's 4.1. Entertain DC also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). Slidezilla's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (247 vs 3). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
