「雲林幣扭一下2.0」為雲林縣數位縣民平台，民眾可透過本APP，閱讀政令、參與活動賺取雲林幣，雲林幣可以在雲林縣內的合作商家進行購物商品的兌換或折扣，未來更會開放多元豐富的線上線下活動供民眾一同參與。 隨著行動化的普及，台灣目前很多縣市有發行縣民卡，並透過縣民卡加值縣政應用、提供縣政便民服務，雲林縣政府以不讓縣民增加卡片持有負擔，以虛擬化方式為核心理念發展數位縣民平台。再整合數位圖書證借閱應用，並於平台內上架雲林良品、觀光工廠、休閒農場、庇護工場、微冊角落店家、做為縣政推播、數位縣民身分應用、縣府活動報到、雲林在地良品行銷之整合性數位縣民平台。 客服信箱：nubi20210129@gmail.com
