Vault is the easiest to use file sharing app with advanced DRM and document signing features. Our product is based on advanced public key encryption service that removes the need to share file passwords or encryption keys. Access your protected files anywhere, anytime! Security features include: 1. Digital rights management. Share text / markdown, pdf and images with read-only access to specific recipients. Documents and folders can be shared to individual users or hierarchical user groups, with fine-grained access rights. 2. Client-end encryption. Vault uses public key encryption. The data is never encrypted or unencrypted solely in the cloud; it is always done on the user's device. 3. Mobile endpoint control. Since each device is tied to a unique key, stolen device's file access can be easily revoked. 4. End-to-end document protection. Documents are protected throughout their life cycle, when they are at rest, in-transit or in-use. 5. Version control. Automatic versioning with options including locking, deletion and adding descriptions for individual version items. 6. Transfer of large files (over 1GB) is supported by splitting the data into smaller segments, which are independently encrypted. This allows recovery from network interruptions and automatic resumption of incomplete uploads and downloads. 7. Audit trails. Track your team’s usage using event logs, and know who read which documents at what time. Vault is free to download and is not plagued by advertisements. Advanced security specifications: 1. Encryption: a. Client-end encryption b. Client-end key generation c. Unique cryptographic key for each user and device d. AES encryption (256 bit) e. RSA encryption (2048 bit) f. Multiple encryption layers 2. Enterprise Single Sign-On 3. Multi-Factor Authentication 4. Key Management Tools for: a. Lost certificate recovery b. Endpoint migration c. User revocation d. About

SecureFile

Features

SecureFile lets you encrypt and decrypt any file directly on your device. Photos, documents, PDFs, videos β€” if it's a file, SecureFile can lock it behind a password so only you can open it. HOW IT WORKS SecureFile uses AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 key derivation. That means your password is never stored β€” instead it's used to derive a strong encryption key. If someone gets your encrypted file without the password, they get nothing readable. TWO ENCRYPTION MODES Simple Mode Protect a file with just a password. Pick a file, set a password, tap Encrypt. To decrypt later: the encrypted file plus the same password is all you need. Advanced Mode Add a second layer with a recovery key. Decryption requires the encrypted file, your password, AND the recovery key file. Even if someone learns your password, they still can't open the file without the key. COMPLETELY PRIVATE β€’ No internet connection required β€” ever β€’ No account or sign-up needed β€’ No data sent to any server β€’ Everything happens on your device, offline HISTORY Every encryption and decryption is logged locally in the History tab so you always know which files you've protected and when. HONEST SECURITY We don't hide what we use. AES-256-GCM is the same cipher used by banks, governments, and security professionals worldwide. PBKDF2 with 300,000 iterations makes brute-forcing your password computationally impractical. You can verify every detail in the Settings screen. IMPORTANT NOTE SecureFile uses standard encryption as defined under U.S. export regulations (EAR). It qualifies for the encryption exemption (ENC) and does not require an Encryption Registration Number (ERN) β€” it implements only publicly available, standard cryptographic algorithms and is not designed for confidentiality of communications. If you lose your password (and your recovery key in Advanced Mode), your files cannot be recovered. There is no "forgot password." Store your credentials safely.
