Masir
Read full descriptionHide full description
Masir builds your running plan from the runs you actually do, not from a questionnaire. Then it reorganizes the plan when your week doesn't go as planned. A PLAN BUILT ON YOUR REAL RUNS • Masir reads up to 12 months of running history in Apple Health (read-only). Runs recorded by an Apple Watch, iPhone, Garmin, COROS or Polar count as soon as they write to Apple Health. • No history yet? Log runs manually or record them with the iPhone's GPS. • Training paces come from your current fitness, using Jack Daniels' VDOT formulas, adjusted for heat and humidity. MISSED A RUN? YOUR PLAN ADAPTS • Missed session, tiredness, illness, injury or vacation: the plan reorganizes itself and explains what changed. • No backlog to catch up on: sessions in a break are removed, then you return at reduced volume. • Training load builds in steps, so you don't do too much, too soon. PLANS FOR EVERY GOAL • Start running: 8-week walk-run program, free. • 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon, with or without a race date or target time. • Improve your pace, come back after a break, or build general fitness. EVERY SESSION, BLOCK BY BLOCK • Each block with its pace and duration, and the purpose of the session. • Live run with iPhone GPS: distance, time, pace and route on the map. No watch needed. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS • Fitness index out of 100, weekly volume and personal records. • Fitness test: 12 minutes, 2 km or 5 km. • Badges, "next session" widget, reminders, calendar export and a shareable run card. • Miles or kilometers, Fahrenheit or Celsius. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No trackers. No server: your data stays on your iPhone. MASIR PLUS Full 5K to marathon plans, plan adaptation, fitness tests, progress tracking and calendar export. Two-week free trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple Account settings.
