Recycle Right vs Arrow Prayer

The Recycle Right app assists residents in the Perth metropolitan region and Avon Valley to understand which bin to put rubbish in, as well as providing drop-off locations for items that don’t belong in the kerbside bins. *Which Bin – find out at a glance, what goes in which bin along with what doesn’t belong there and the correct methods of disposal. * Materials A–Z – this searchable, extensive A–Z provides advice on which bin to put items in as well as great tips to re-use or recycle. The A–Z list allows users to choose the relevant list for their area, whether that’s 3-bin FOGO, 3-bin GO or 2 bin system. * Find My Nearest – find your nearest drop off or recycling facility in Perth for items such as batteries, car parts, building/demolition waste, hazardous household waste and more. *Bin Day Reminders – set reminders so that you never forget which bin goes out on what day for your area – no need to check which bins the neighbours have put out! Note: Currently, this feature is automatic for SMRC Member Councils (City of Fremantle, City of Kwinana, City of Melville and the Town of East Fremantle) and manual for other council in the Perth Metro area.

Arrow Prayer is a contemplative Christian prayer app designed to gently draw your attention back to God throughout the day. Inspired by the ancient Christian practice of “arrow prayers” — short prayers lifted quickly from the heart — the app offers a curated rhythm of hourly prayer rooted in Scripture, the Psalms, and historic Christian spirituality. Beautiful lock screen support brings prayer directly into the natural rhythm of daily life, offering moments of recollection, peace, and attentiveness throughout the day. The experience is intentionally calm, spacious, and reflective. Each prayer is paired with contemplative imagery designed to support stillness, prayerfulness, and awareness of God’s presence amid the distractions of modern life. Features include: • Lock screen prayer widgets and hourly prayer access • Hourly prayer prompts throughout the day • Scripture-inspired prayers based on the Psalms • Traditional and modernised prayers inspired by Saint John Chrysostom • Seasonal prayer collections for Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter • Beautiful contemplative imagery and liturgical visual themes • Clean, distraction-free reading experience • Optional reminders for moments of prayer and recollection • Offline access to prayer content Arrow Prayer is not designed to overwhelm with complexity. Instead, it seeks to create small moments of spiritual attentiveness woven naturally through ordinary daily life — morning, midday, evening, and night. Whether used for structured prayer, quiet reflection, or simple moments of peace during a busy day, Arrow Prayer aims to help cultivate a deeper awareness of God’s presence. The app is suitable for Catholics and other Christians seeking a simple, beautiful, and prayerful companion grounded in historic Christian spirituality.
