Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Oracle WebCenter Content at 100% against Microsoft Warehouse Management's 50%. Oracle WebCenter Content also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). Microsoft Warehouse Management's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Microsoft Warehouse Management holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft Warehouse Management has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Oracle WebCenter Content's written reviews are positive against 50% of Microsoft Warehouse Management's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Oracle WebCenter Content ships an update every 2 months, Microsoft Warehouse Management every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
