I built 4TRAINER because my PT business was running on a calendar, a spreadsheet and a lot of WhatsApps. Now it runs on this. My clients have their own app too, so they can see their sessions and workouts without having to ask me. Schedule Book a client once and set it to repeat every week. Block out the hours you don't work, and sync your sessions to Google Calendar. Clients can book a session, pause for a holiday or ask for a new time from their app. Nothing changes in your diary until you say yes. Deliver Open today's session and log sets as they happen. The number pad is big enough to use mid-set, and it saves after every one, so a flat battery won't cost you a workout. Supersets, timed sets and cardio are all in there. Finish the workout and the session is marked done. Build templates from the exercise library, and give clients solo workouts to do on their own. Collect Invoice a package and its sessions are set aside for that client. They unlock as the client pays. When the sessions run out, the client can't book more until you've invoiced again. Analytics shows what you've earned, what you're owed and how many sessions you've delivered. Tap any number to see the sessions and invoices behind it. Your clients' app Clients see their next session, how many sessions they have left and their invoices. Every workout you log with them is there, with 12 weeks of history and a progress chart for each lift. Expect fewer "how many sessions do I have left?" messages. 4TRAINER is free for trainers and their clients. Made in Cape Town.
