Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Appoderado at 79% against SchoolNet's 25%. SchoolNet's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (759 vs 14). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
SchoolNet holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SchoolNet has 759 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of SchoolNet's written reviews are positive against 79% of Appoderado's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
SchoolNet ships an update every 11 days, Appoderado every 4 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
