Doctot are proud to present the Unified Parkinsons Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS), the premier assessment tool for examining the severity of Parkinson's disease symptoms. An intuitive, accurate and fast-acting Mobile App, Doctot UPDRS' user-friendly design enables medical practitioners to assess a patient's daily activities, motor skills and mental capacity. This assessment scale is presented in a wizard format, which allows the health care professional to easily navigate through the interview components to record a patient's status. The tool automatically generates the scale total and based upon the user's input, categorises the score. A Free-To-Download App, Doctot UPDRS has an "Information" section, which provides the user with relevant background details. It also has a βHelpβ section that provides assistance in relation to the use of the tool. Further Doctot UPDRS features include: - A Patient Results Management System (e.g. Save, Delete & Sort options) - The Automatic Email Generation of each patient assessment result - Shake-to-Reset Scale functionality - PIN Protection for security purposes

Risk of late seizures SeLECT predicts the absolute cumulative risk of late seizures after stroke. Late seizures are defined as spontaneous seizures occurring > 7 days after ischemic stroke. The 95% confidence interval for the risk estimates is given in brackets. Prediction time The user can choose a custom prediction time in months using the slider. The range is between 0 and 60 months. Prediction graph The prediction graph displays Kaplan Meier risk estimates for the calculated SeLECT value. X-axis is time in months, Y-axis is cumulative absolute risk in percent. The dotted line is the 95% confidence interval.
