Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ereader at 5.0 against SuperBookCity's 1.0. ereader also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). SuperBookCity's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
