Soso is the first period tracker that starts before the first period. It follows the signs of puberty, estimates when hers is coming, and becomes a full cycle tracker from there. A place to learn and observe, without pressure, noise, or adult-focused content. Safe and clear both for the girls using it and the parents guiding them. We built Soso as parents. When our daughter started asking about her body, every app we found was made for adults, with language and features that were wrong for a first experience. What Soso helps with: - Soso focuses on understanding and learning first, then tracking comes naturally - Learn about cycle changes with clear, age-appropriate explanations - Build the habit of noticing and logging periods - Reduce anxiety by providing information at your pace - Create space for conversations between parents and kids Visual cycle tracking - Log periods with simple taps - Visual cues and colors to reflect flow intensity - Log spotting and discharge too, not only period days - Add a note to any day, in her own words - Clear calendar view to see cycles over time - Easy access to past logs and history Daily guidance, gently - Smart daily check-ins during a period - Helpful prompts that guide without forcing answers - No pressure to log everything perfectly - The period tracker adapts over time as more data is added Mood & symptoms - Log symptoms like cramps, headaches, tiredness, bloating and hay fever - Optional mood logging, with simple icons and language - Encourages self-reflection without judgment - Helps connect how the body feels across the cycle “When is my first period coming?” It is the question girls ask us hundreds of times a week, and the one most period apps cannot answer, because they only start working once periods do. Soso answers it. A few questions at the start, and she gets an estimate of when her first period is likely to arrive, in words written for her age. Then it narrows. Every sign she records pulls the window tighter, which is how predicting a first period is actually done: not one guess, but changes followed over time. The First Period Prediction Pack - Follow her development through the illustrated stages of puberty, for breast development and for pubic hair. She compares the drawings privately and picks the closest, the same stages a doctor would use. - Measure her height once a month. A growth spurt is one of the strongest signs a first period is close, and almost no period tracker follows it. - Check-ins on what is changing through puberty - A Signs tab showing how far along she is toward menarche and what usually comes next - An estimate that narrows with everything she adds A one-time purchase, yours for good. Built for families - No adult content - Private by design How Soso works Always free: logging your mood, a quiz a day, and a first estimate of when your period might arrive if it has not started yet. You also begin with 5 Drops for marking your cycle. Soso Plus adds unlimited marking and quizzes, predictions for your next cycles, notes, and the First Period Prediction Pack. It renews monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time. Questions? Concerns? Suggestions?
