Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Speeches at 5.0 against Rokkr's 4.5. Speeches also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Rokkr's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 91 months) and ratings volume (3.7K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
